Life Storage - Suffield

I'm moving from Chicago to CT and found a great place to store my stuff. Casey, the Manager, was friendly, informative, and easy to work with. Set up 2 units in a snap! I went back to add a 3rd unit once I realized how much stuff I have. All the same smooth process and Casey was very accommodating, working with me to keep my units near each other and of proper size.

The representative that assisted us was very informative and insightful about the different options. The process was simple. The area was clean and well kept. Thank you!!

Casey has been very good to customer and to myself in business transaction. she goes out of her way above and beyond the call of her duty to please the customer very professional kind and courteous highly recommend her for a raise

Very accommodating and clean good customer service so far. Will start storing in March but the initial process was quick and efficient.

Life Storage in Suffield, Connecticut is an excellent storage facility. It is extremely clean and well lit, the climate controlled area is cool and dry, it has easy and safe access, and every staff member has been helpful, friendly, and courteous. As our parents needed to downsize, Life Storage helped us store family heirlooms, artwork, and furniture. They really do provide "life" storage!

My husband and I were very happy with Jackie's customer service. She was pleasant and showed us a couple of units because we weren't sure of space. She was more than accommodating. We have used thus life storage before and it has always been a pleasure. Thank you for all your help Jackie. We fully appreciate how smoothly everything went.

Chris is the best! I had so many problems with this place until he took over as manager. Since he's been there, it's honestly like night and day. The guy is friendly, sincere, and actually cares about the customers, truly going above and beyond to make them happy. As long as he's running the show, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Chris was incredibly helpful today! I am a current customer and was in need of another unit within the same building. I am amidst a renovation and house move... Chris was able to help me navigate the proper channels of the website and secure a unit not only within the same building but pretty close by to my current unit. This will help immensely when it comes time to move into our new home. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

Chris is clearly customer service oriented and just a great guy! It is very clear he values his customers and the facility is secure and pristine! We had a moving challenge and he was eager to help, very accommodating. We appreciate his friendliness and kind demeanor.

I drove to Suffield CT to the Life Storage. I met Jackie Halla who helped me get my bill paid. She was very helpful in meeting my need and very friendly. I would definitely come back to make my monthly payment since it is closer to where I live!! I appreciate her professionalism and would recommend anyone to handle their business at this location.

Chris is amazing. I have been there for about 7 years and have received nothing less than perfect service. The facility is always clean. Need a light bulb, done. Light switch, done. Pay by phone, of course. I promise him every month that I am leaving soon and every month he just smiles and says talk to you next month. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

The people in the Suffield office are very nice to deal with. Very understanding
