They are amazing. I had a flat tire due to a nail puncture and none of the other local tire places that I went to were willing to fix it for me unless I wait for 3 hours or more. It was during my lunch break and I had to go back to work. Commercial Tires accommodated me and not only that, they also fixed it with no charge. You’re the best!

I had a an issue with one of my tires and this place totally saved me. Their customer service is outstanding. I was there right at 7:30am and Joey took care of me. I told him that I was in a rush to get to an appointment and he bent backwards to accommodate me. The service was fast, the price was more than fair and they got me back on the road on time. I am so grateful for good places like this. Thank you so much.

(Late review)I bought tires a few months ago at this location. One of the employees ,young Hispanic male, noticed that one of the parts on my track near the wheel had a crack. I took it to a different shop before coming there and they did not notice the damage. After leaving commercial tire, my truck was running smoothly. I want to thank the worker there for being vigilant. I drive to Vegas a lot and he probably saved my live cause who knows what would of happened.

On a family road trip. Had my tire patched in Las Vegas. Noticed the car was vibrating at higher speeds. Stopped in at Commercial tire. They got me in right away, re-balanced my tire and did not even charge me. Definitely seems like a good tire shop. Thank you!

Traveling through area and got a flat while backroad driving. Showed up at opening needing a repair. Staff was amazing. Got a repair in 30 min and they didn’t even charge me. I wish we had service like this back at home!

I was feeling stressed and frustrated and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Found my tires, found a great deal, gave me a ride to my office so I didn't have to wait... 100% awesome customer service and why I'm a loyal customer!

Needed an emergency rotor and pad change when driving through. They took care of it within 3 hours on a busy Friday. Reasonably priced and good service.

Joey at Commercial Tire in Twin Falls is a rock star. We had a valve stem problem with a rental car and we were losing air pressure and needed to be in Boise asap. Great experience! We are traveling and had some issues. Even though they didn’t have the part we needed, they tried to help us find it. They also made sure we were tightened up before we left as an extra service we didn’t have to ask or pay for. Thank you for caring! We would definitely come here if we lived in the area.

I stayed a night in Twin falls on a trip from the west coast of Canada to Georgia. I woke up with a very flat tire and this was the closest tire place. I managed to get my car there and they took me in right away. They were super friendly and didn’t even charge me for the tire repair!! They sent me safely on my way.
I am so thankful. I’m sorry I don’t know anyone in Idaho to recommend them to personally because I am so impressed. With behaviour like this you know they won’t over charge you or do anything unscrupulous. I went during May so there are still COVID precautions and they were well organized for social distancing too. I highly highly recommend! (I made it safely to Georgia too!)
