I had bought a set of refilled ink cartridges for my printer, but it refused to work with them, demanding only their brand of cartridges. I went back to exchange them for OEM cartridges, and the exchange was handled hassle-free and very quickly. I even bought a new monitor before I left. I have had nothing but good experiences with this store.

The d taff were very helpful when I needed to box a large package. They let me trade boxes for a refund, and I finally got the best one. Kudos to the staff.

Just needed a couple of phone message log books. The associate promptly found them, brought them to the checkout stand and we completed the transition. She not only was very helpful to someone who needed help (me), but was also very cheerful as she provided the assistance. I will return when I need supplies for the office.

I put a 5 star but that is not quite right. I was ok with service and product and price (everything is too expensive but this is what it is) but I have to 'Wowed' to really feel like it is worth a 5 star rating. I was well taken care of, people were good but not wowed. I did get courteous experience so that is a plus. With employment as it is, I am grateful to have help in the store at all.
