I have nothing but good things to say about the service at this place.

Originally I booked a home on airbnb for the weekend. I arrived late around 10pm to a dirty home. So I after a headache of an experience I was able to cancel my booking and get a refund. Then started searching for other places at almost 11pm!!

I called here and Logan answered immediately and was very kind.
He got me booked in less than five minutes. The rooms are clean, bathrooms especially nicely cleaned and overall a way better experience especially a great value!! Plus they have super cute dogs.

My family was evacuated from Big Arm due to the fire. This business went out of their way to accommodate four people and four animals in a very quick, kind and professional manner. Much appreciation to Flathead Lake Inn. Thank you

So I stayed here one night I didn't have any complaints tonight manager had his dogs out which was comforting friendly but it's comforting friendly him and his wife were outside when I pulled in we all started talking after I got checked in. I don't remember their name but but they were really helpful polite friendly. The place is a little ran down but that's what 1 of the charms of having that place is. Breakfast was OK not then fancy. The rooms were decent it was quiet and I really enjoyed my stay

I really liked this place. The manager and staff I spoke to were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby area is also very inviting, and the coffee was good and strong (unlike most every other place I have stayed!). The location is convenient, walking distance to Safeway and a decent restaurant.

Stayed 5 days to visit my Family. Very good rooms great friendly service and the best prices in town. I would come back here long before I went anywhere else.

They were supposed to be closed when we arrived but she forgot to put up the closed sign so she gave us room. It was nice and clean and quiet and the shower was nice and hot. They also served breakfast so we both had a waffle some coffee and Orange juice. It was about half the price of other places in the area. Watch out for the corner of the bed frame. 😁

The staff at the Flathead Lake Inn got me a room in a bind when my truck broke down near Polson. They were accommodating, kind, and considerate! Definitely went the extra mile for me and I’m grateful - Good charma goes a long ways!

This was the best place we could possible have stayed for our 10 day sojourn in Polson. It had a wonderful, home-like atmosphere. Our tasks in Polson were somewhat stressful. The Flathead Lake Inn staff were more than helpful with information and help for our needs. They gave special personal service in making decaf coffee for me and adjusting our reservations as our needs unfolded. It was delightful to have both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room for this lengthy stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, laundry, and all other services we needed. We could not have had better support for our time in Polson.

This motel was perfect for us as we were pulling a 19 foot boat and had 2 dogs. Plenty of room for parking all the rigs and had a nice field out back to exercise dogs, very safe also. Staff were great. 8 year old could ride his bike in the huge parking lot very safely. Quiet. Breakfast nook was good also. Thank you! :)

The best treatment ever! We had a Pet room so our ESA dogs could be cozy. The room was super clean beds made beautifully and even a nice note from housekeeping! Definably will return! Thank you!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Prices were great. The beds were so comfortable , I slept great. It's a nice , cozy place to stay. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay All of the staff is Wonderful the lobby is set up so nice and INVITING.
Our room was so Clean we're both in the motel business so we look for cleanliness and our room was spotless .I haven't stayed at a motel in many years that was so clean.
If you want a good priced very clean motel to stay at in Polson The Flathead Lake Inn is a Great Place to Stay.

Very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced local motel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great continental breakfast. All the amenities of a pricier well known chain motel. Would absolutely stay again when we come back this way.

Close to everything in town. The new and improved hotel manager, Mr. Frederick has really upped the ante regarding accommodations in Northwest Montana! It's almost like he took the Bates Motel and transformed it into the Luxor! Best stay on Flathead Lake! 6 out of 5 Stars!

Good people here, these guys care about their quaint little motel. New, fresh clean laundry, high quality soaps and lotions, clean, safe, and welcoming.

Everything I expected and needed in a Motel. We have been traveling this Labor Day Weekend and we have paid a lot more and got a lot less. We called last minute, no reservation and they held a room for us with nothing down but our name. They were super friendly, price was reasonable, room was clean. We had a tub/shower, microwave, refrigerator.

This is a motel..get over it!! This place was clean, staff was nice and you get a free breakfast. On our family trip we needed a place to sleep to continue our next leg of the trip. If we were staying in the area, we would have stayed longer here. Check it out.

This place may be a bit dated but vintage for those hipsters. Old school key and drive up rooms but safe totally safe and quiet. It's a reasonable drive from Flathead lake and quaint town of Big Fork. The price is right and very clean!
