Sarah Bauer was my original real estate agent for the first 5 months of my home shopping experience and was very professional, easy to work with and always looked out for my best interest. When I found my home, Sarah was the listing agent so she handed me off to her colleague to represent me in my purchase to avoid any conflict of interest which displayed great integrity. We have bought three houses and sold one with Freda Wilkinson over the last few years (multifamily rentals and swapping out our primary home). She is the absolute best. If you are looking for someone who is not only extremely trustworthy but also actually has knowledge about houses, she is your gal. We tend to look at the historical houses full of "character" which sometimes stressful closing situations. She was full of patience and always supportive when we needed to bring in a round of experts during inspection. Thus far she has held our hand through discovering meth contamination, dilapidated sewer lines, seriously saggy joists, porches falling off of houses, cat pee stenches, and even an extremely destructive fire (occurred after the sale, but she continued to help us). As a seller's agent, she helped us figure out how to prepare the house to list and also included a full 3D walkthrough which 100% led to us getting at least one additional offer on our house from folks who couldn't get in to see the place in person. On top of it all, she is also just a very pleasant person to spend time with. Whether you are buying or selling, you'll be in good hands with Freda.
