Amazing food! Gluten-free baguettes was a real surprise and just what I was looking for! Great spot with quick ordering, wonderful polite workers, and excellent service. Mouth watering food, and great ambiance. Great for take-out as well. Parking right out front and near by, great place to stop when your already out walking around downtown.

Update: That is the most delicious gluten-free baguette i have ever tasted with or without gluten, wow!

If you’re looking for a good sammich you are in the right place. The sandwich was filled with toppings and just enough meat. I had the pesto Italian and I went back for more. For some reason I liked it better when I took it to go though. But either way 10/10 sandwich.

Food was delicious! Nice spot to grab lunch downtown. My picky 3 year old even loved the mini mo!

Worth the stop for sure. There is something for everyone here. My son ordered a Morning Moose Stack (breakfast is available all day). I ordered the 1/4 split hotdog custom style. Their breads are delicious and fresh. The portions are big. Everything was so good and we both left full. The downtown Fargo location has free parallel parking.

This place is so good. If you want a cheesy, gooey, delicious sandwich, this is the place. Great for lunch. Service is terrific. The owners and staff care about their customers. (Tip: Go with the "Mighty" size.)

Get soup and sandwich 1/2 and 1/2 combo. Hits the spot for a quick lunch.

The food was very fresh - we had salads. The service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed our lunch- will be back.

They are amazing. So much so that me and my wife ate a sub there and I got 3 to go. Try the Bronx pastrami sub(It's slap yo momma good). Their was only one lady in there handling orders and she was great! Very kind and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.

How can a burger be this perfect? The bun is toasted just right, the burger is juicy and crispy at the same time. Best burger I've had in years! And, quick, friendly service!

First time here, and it blew me away! I loved the selection, and found it hard to choose just one. Got the Motherlode sandwich, and was very pleased. My girlfriend got the Dude Ranch wrap, and we both really liked that too! The chicken noodle soup wasn't bad, but I think it has room for improvement. Also the staff seemed really friendly and helpful.

Today was my first time trying Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli and I have to say I have been missing out. First the one who took my order wasn't pushy or trying to rush me which I appreciated because I had zero idea of what I wanted. I then decided to go with a wildfire chicken sandwich, which let me tell you was seriously the most amazing thing ever. I highly recommend going!

Ordering to-go from Smiling Moose Deli is so pleasant thanks to the cashier, Reid. He's so nice and always happy to help. The food is always amazing.

My friend and I stumbled onto this place after trying to go elsewhere (they were closed) then, trying to find a food place that was open. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. And it was warm on a rather cold Minnesota day. All in all a very nice experience.

This place is worth a try, if you have never tried Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli. I miss it from when I used to live in North Dakota. It is honestly one of the few things I really crave after moving away, and I plan to periodically make trips to the Fargo area, in part to get a Mo. It really is to die for. Even the vegetables taste delectable, which is normally not my favorite part of any meal.

The Mountain Club was the most amazing sandwich I've ever had!!! Mac& cheese was really good too. But that sandwich can't be topped!!

Smiling Moose has catered for our office training events ranging from 5 to 90 people. They always come through with excellent food and service. SM staff are helpful with planning your catering menu to ensure you have just the right amount of food for your needs. I would heartily recommend them for your next catering event!

The guys that were working the night of Nov 20th during the Xcel parade were really awesome! They were very helpful and patient with us. We stopped in due to a quick medical issue and ended up taking food home for dinner. It was absolutely amazing and really great prices!

I now live within the same block of Out Fabulous Smiling Moose. It is my now go to place to enjoy a perfectly great meal. Plus they have a great selection of hand made items, to choose from.

Subway Sandwich shop was closed so I found this place. Will NEVER go back to Subway when in Fargo. Moose's cold sub best I ever had. Tender and no gristle. Wish we had Smiling Moose where I live. Kudos
