Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ended up with a 4 door pick-up instead of an SUV, but that suited my needs just as well. Everything else about the rental was fine.
Comfortable seating for a long drive. Good gas mileage and plenty of power.

Great place for getting a rental car! While my car’s transmission was being worked on, I got a couple rental cars from this Enterprise location. The process was extremely smooth, the cars were clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Eric ensured our experience was exactly what we needed and had us on our way when things, as they often can do, hit a slight 'hiccup'. Vida welcomed us back, all smiles with his Christmas sweater and holiday cheer.

These guys are great. Wonderful customer service and are extremely fast getting you on the road again. Had to rent a vehicle for almost a month, and they were fantastic and understanding with the ordeal I was dealing with. Will go to them every time from now on.

I have arranged for rental cars withthem several times; a couple of times through my insurance company. Their cars are always very clean and in good condition. This last time, after having driven the car for a few miles I wasn't feeling very comfortable in that particular vehicle, so I brought it back to them and without any objections, they let me pick a different one from several other options they offered me. I drove the car for a week and it was a very pleasant experience.

I had a bad experience with one of their cars, but the Cedar City office really cares about making sure you are happy when they leave and they did that for me. Five stars guys!

My car was totaled right in the middle of the nationwide car shortage. Their friendly and highly responsive staff explained the situation and on Friday put me on a list to be updated when they received their next available rental. They completely over-delivered with a call that a car was ready for me first thing Monday morning. Extremely pleased with my experience!

These guys are awesome! Always so friendly and helpful. This is the type of location where the attendants stop whatever they are doing in order to help a customer. They got me in a good car at reasonable rates (even if I am classified as a young driver) and explained all of my options. Especially when it comes to the insurance. Customers can easily overpay with a third party, but they explained all of the options when choosing insurance. That made me feel really confident about my decisions. I have been to other enterprise locations outside of Utah (some are total train-wrecks) but these guys in Cedar City know what they are doing.

I rented a car at my local Enterprise in Las Vegas. While I was hiking on the mountains about 7 miles from coal creek, the check engine light came on. I immediately came back and went here. Crystal was extremely helpful and friendly. She got me into a nice new car and on my way swiftly as she knew I was on my vacation. Thanks for the excellent service!

Rented a car for 1 week. Booked ahead online in minutes. Spouse drove me to pick up the car (about 2 mile from home), even though they had a free option to pick me up at home and take me to the car. The employees were quick, efficient, and super friendly (this was at 8:00 am when they opened and they were pretty busy with a number of customers). In the chosen car class, they gave me a couple of make/model options. The car worked flawlessly. The price was great (the taxes and fees were less than another rental agency located at the airport). Dropped off the car after hours, no hassle. Received an email the next day with a the charges - no surprises, it matched the quoted price. A perfect rental car experience!

Such wonderful people!! This was my first time renting and they were so helpful! I had so many questions (probably dumb ones) and they were reassuring! Customer service was great! Wade and Kyle were the ones who helped me I believe! I got off a box of pizzas they were all so awesome! Everyone there deserves a raise! Especially working the Holiday season!
