This place is great. The food will always fill you up and all the condiments taste amazing. The staff are supper nice and helpful, the manager is so kind. Would recommend for families.

Great food. Fast service. Good prices. Salad bar isn't open, but you get salad, rice, pasta, soup all with your entrees. Desserts. Great family restaurant. They have high chairs for children.

EXCELLENT STEAK chicken is awesome. ribs are tender. Prices is very reasonable. I think i found a new steakhouse. No frills and extras just great food. FRANK IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HANDS ON CARING MANAGER EVER.

This has been a family favorite place to go for many many years since my childhood. Have rarely had a bad experience. Prices are very reasonable and food always taste great.

Hands down the best steak in town! You get a lot for your money and the service is great!

My first time ordering, called in my order for pick up and was able to place it easily. Took me about 20 minutes to drive over (traffic) and the food was all ready and still warm. The steaks (2 porterhouse steaks) were cooked to absolute perfection. The sides were delicious and we ordered side order of sweet potato fries which were so crispy and tasted wonderful. The mozzarella sticks were crisp and crunchy, nice good size and the sauce was delicious. The food was well packed and steak sauce was kindly added in the bag. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back with my family.

Used to come here lots after church on Sunday two years ago. My only huge concern are the steaks being reheated... I remember while taking a bite, I tasted something gassy. Regardless of that, I loved the pasta and tomato sauce. My last visit was nearly two years ago. Hope there is improvement with the steaks.

EDIT 2022: I came here not too long ago just to check out what happened, since I haven't eaten here in two years. The steaks changed and tasted VERY good. You also get a free salad for your meal, and I gave macaroni salad a go. It tasted amazing! As for the food portions, there are great selections. I finished my food and left happily with a full stomach. My three star review turned into five stars! Can't wait to come here again next time!

One of our favorite restaurants away from people love the place and service especially cashier always so sweet and kind to us ..when we walk into the place the servicer welcome us very polite saying hello. Thank You Hernandez Family

I may be bias because I've been going since I was a kid but American Steak House is always a hit. As soon as you walk in the decor hits you with 90s nostalgia and I don't hate it. It's nice to have a place that still feels like home instead of solid black, white and gray walls that all the other franchises seem to have "upgraded" to. The food is great and steak is always seasoned well! Is it a super high end steak house? No. You won't have to drop $50 on a cut. However for the price the meals taste great and with the buffet you get a lot of bang for your buck. Truly a blast from the past gem in the neighborhood. I may go and have amazing $50-$100 steak but this place will always be home and a sudden last minute craving 😋. Call it guilty pleasure.

Good meal $14 Porter house chili and steak amazing

12oz ribeye and shrimp combo with a stuffed baked potato was a worthy and very filling meal. Delivery was prompt via Doordash and medium rare steak was not overcooked even with delivery time.

I am not really big on buffets but a friend of mine really likes American steakhouse and wanted to go for his birthday. NOTE CHANGES
There is no longer self service buffet bar anymore due to covid restrictions. The staff will come to your table and ask you if you would like
anything from the salad bar or spaghetti or maybe some chips with salsa.

Delicious food and clean nice environment

This is a great place to get a chargrilled steak at a brilliant price. The steaks are better than most medium range steak restaurants and about 40% cheaper. Other great items available from the menu. Fantastic staff that are very happy and attentive at all times.

If you have food allergies this is the place to go I spoke on behalf of a friend with food allergies to the manager/owner and he took the time to go through the entirety of all questions I asked to make sure the food was safe for my friend with the allergy he definitely went above and beyond. All in all I hardly ever give a 5-star review but because he took the time make sure that my dining experience with friends was safe first of all you're delicious this restaurant gets a five-star I would definitely recommend it good job out there customer service very pleased

This place was good. Can’t say it was the best but It’s up there for the price. Good pricing. Good food. The buffet section has a okay amount of choices. Overall good place.
