I've been going to R&R for years now, actually 2 decades and I have never ĥad any issues. They're extremely helpful and they have a text service to remind you when your refills are due which is great because I am having a hard time keeping track of mine and my families 😆

The ladies here are always nice and welcoming. Easy to talk to on the phone and fast.

I love the women who work at R&R. Rene is very professional and helpful. I get my flu shot from her every year I just love the place . Do not have to wait long to pick up your meds. Would recommend this place and have to anyone. .if I could rate it a 10 I would. Thank you R&R..

Not as consistent as I hoped it would be. Some of the ladies are really nice and helpful and the others just seem really grumpy sometimes. Otherwise, wait time can be kind of long. Still a decent place to go.

Staff is passive aggressive and does not follow through on their promises. More and more people are leaving this establishment. There are a couple good employees, but that's a gamble on if you will get them or not. They all need a class on social skills and customer service. If you hate your job that much, find something else.

Horrible costumer service the owner is always rude with an attitude. And they don't call you back when there's a problem. With your refills
not only me but multiple people I know have the same issue.

I have my reasoning as to why I give this place 1 star. I'll just leave it at that.
