This Bed Bath and Beyond is no longer in business. It was such a very nice store and the staff were great. The word is Burlington will be replacing it. Hope it will be well stocked and very organized. Stay tuned.😊

It's a pity that this store is shutting down. I usually have a good time when I go to buy there many cosmetics and things for home.

Nice selection, decent prices and - last but not least - superb service from all staff we encountered. In particular, I wish to thank Carl Dunking who went out of his way to help us. We carried several bags and asked him if it was hard to get a taxi from there. He put all our our bags in a shopping cart, brought it out in the street and stopped a taxi for us. All with a friendly smile.

Thank you so much, Mr. Carl Dunkin! (I hope I got your name right.) You made our shopping experience a breeze!

Great experience two days in a row. I bought a juicer from here. It unfortunately wasn't the brand that I was looking for, but it was recommended by one of the employees. It's a Breville Juice Plus. Nick helped me at the counter and was extremely polite and helpful. I asked what the return policy because I was purchasing a juicer that I wasn't quite sure about. He assured me that I could return it, just as long as I have my receipt. It was a great quality juicer, but I didn't favor the clean up process and the force that it ejected the juice with on the exit side. I returned it today and the employees on the condition of the juicer. They asked me if I even took it out of the box. They were shocked to find out that I used it and boxed it back up so perfectly. I was informed that they were so used to the complete disarray of products when they are usually returned. It was a good laugh and definitely superb customer service!

The staff at this store were truly excellent when I came in for a major shopping trip yesterday. Five different staff members helped me individually: they were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything right - including helping me carry everything down to the street to get my Uber home. Really appreciated the excellent team here.

First visit to this location got what I was looking for plus purchased a few more items staff was very helpful on the phone and in the store inside was clean and well stock 👍 really enjoyed my visit

At first when I walked nto the store it was a bit confusing. No one really seemed like they were really willing to help . I just needed new sheets and a few kitchen applicances for my home . I had some trouble finding the items I was looking for but ended up finding not all but a majority . The only positive part about my experience here was getting rung up by this super nice cashier . I had a super friendly cashier Named Brittany . She was very welcoming asking me if I found everything okay , she even offered to walk around the store with me to find one of the sheet sets I wanted to buy but couldn’t find. She was awesome they need more cashiers like her !

I had one of the best customer service experiences at the BBB store in Columbia Heights, Washington DC. I was in the store this past Wednesday, August 17th. Four employees helped me - one man with a question and three others with second question. They were accessible and knowledgeable and very friendly. It was one of the employees first day. I believe his name was Adjan (very unique spelling). He was so kind. The computers were acting up and they were having trouble taking credit cards, but the two cashiers working in customer service kept the line moving and were apologetic. Overall, the store employees (even the guy who said goodbye to me) were upbeat and energetic. They were genuinely welcoming and hospitable. It is not every day you find this in a big city context. I will be coming back to this store in particular given how great their staff is. Please pass this comment on to the managerial staff at this location. Thank you!

HUGE store. I particularly like their travel/trial size section since I travel a lot. I never knew some items were even made in in the smaller sizes. Very convenient.

This is also my go-to place whenever I need a gift (wedding, birthday, baby shower, housewarming, graduation, etc.). So much variety...but the price can be a little steep depending on what you're getting

The staff are friendly and courteous!! I love the variety of fresh scent packs that are offered. Absolutely...work the 20%, and more coupons!!! Please don't ever take that away...keeps me coming back!!

I visited on October 5 and received the best customer service EVER when I came in looking for a folding cart to haul my groceries. I walked in with my arms fully loaded and in desperate need of a cart after a bank-account-draining trip to Target. The BB&B staff immediately engaged with me, helped me pick the right folding cart, brought it up to the register, and assembled the cart right then and there so I could load my groceries and walk home without giving myself a hernia.

Thank you BB&B staff, you made my day. Unfortunately, I didn't get staff names to give them a shoutout here, but I'll 100% be back to visit with customer service like that.

I love this store. The coupons you get in the mail never expire the email ones expire quickly. Have many great products. Sometimes you can use more than two coupons other times you can't.

Customer service is always customer service is always great . The store is always well kept and everything always easy to. If for some reason there's something that you're looking for that you can't find there's always someone there willing to help you find it or direct you to it. They have great dorm buys!

I went there to look for a particular item which I didn't find. I purchased a few items though. I have always liked this place. The lady that waited on me was very helpful.

The staff is incredibly helpful and they get you through the checkout pretty quickly. Great sales and great smells. Check them out.

This is a solid Bed Bath & Beyond in a great location. The shop can be a little disorganized, but prices are good and the selection is pretty thorough for household goods. Right next to Target and Best Buy, so easy to fit it into a day of shopping in Columbia Heights.

not a big fan of this bed Bath, and beyond, came to return an item, and they took forever. They thought that I had returned the item previously and were giving me a hard time.
