We recently switched our policies to Lathrop Insurance and are very happy we did. I knew we had a few holes and/or weak spots in our previous policies that needed to be addressed.

Every time a nor'easter was forecasted barreling up the coast heading towards RI that's when you think of your insurance coverage; or when driving and someone is on their phone traveling at 100 mph same thing. In today's world both examples are a very real occurrences and sound protection is needed.

Our Account Executive, Elena was able to address the deficiencies in all of our policies and tailor products suited for our needs. Working with Elena is a true pleasure and defines professional in every sense of the word-knowledgable, responsive and organized . Some of the insurance items Elena taught me was "fully guaranteed" replacement cost of the house, variable roof situations, automatic sensor H2o shut off valves, uninsured and underinsured motorist protection etc... It's all in the fine print.
