Simply amazing. We loved our ice cream. The selection was great. FRESH MADE WAGFLE CONES!!!!! The best ice cream I have had since moving out here. They have huge straws for their shakes to make them easier to drink. The lady working was super friendly and patient as our kids took their time choosing. This will be a new family ice cream joint. =)

Awesome variety of flavors, toppings, and combinations for ice cream creations, cute atmosphere, and friendly service. My family member also appreciated the free lactaid, nice touch. One of my favorite ice cream spots and a great local community supporter!

Everytime I've been to Berry's I am greeted with a happy staff and obviously the BEST ice cream in Southeastern CT! I always get my ice cream fix here.... the variety of flavors to fit every taste, even with vegan and non-dairy options. All the ice cream is made locally and you can tell! I will be coming to Berry's for YEARS to come! Thanks Berrys! :)

Our family stopped here while attending Sailfest. We were greeted by a very friendly worker, who treated our kids like people and with respect. We all enjoyed our ice cream. Totally recommend. Also, they offer a military and first responder discount. Very impressed.

Visited for dessert late in the day, May 22. Group of 4 of us trying out the new "distancing" pattern on Berry's outdoor deck. 3 got shakes, 1 ice cream cone. The servers quickly brought us menus and took our orders. Ice cream arrived in a few minutes and was just delicious. All orders were correct the first time. Total was texted to us and we paid with a card- still navigating payment systems to avoid contact. We will certainly be back, because Berry's is absolutely delicious!

The selection & variety of ice cream is awesome. The grilled cheese (cheddar only on wheat) was perfect (multiple choices for a grilled cheese are available by the way). I also had the pulled pork nachos, which were a perfect balance of good tortilla chips & toppings. Great new location with a fantastic patio overlooking the Thames River.

Awesome place to take the family for icecream. My son likes to get a little candy and my fiance can indulge too seeing as they offer a complimentary lactose pill with your icecream! Love the new outside deck and great hospitality.

Very friendly and very good Ice Cream. Cheerful placed. Used to shop there in the late 70's when it was Robert's Records and Millie was also so nice. The ice cream flavors are super and the choices are endless. You need to stop in and give this place a try.

This is legit the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. When I crave ice cream or shakes my mind immediately thinks about Berry's. If you haven't eaten it yet, you are denying yourself deliciousness and doing yourself a disservice.

I explored New London with my son and after eating pizza on the pier, we decided to get a milkshake to share... though I think it was my 2 year old that drank the entire thing. The few sips I had were delicious. I would definitely come here again! Thanks!

This place is very friendly, and allows dogs!!!!!! I very close to this place and I go there with my boyfriend alot. I recently just got a puppy and I brought her into the place and the owner was very kinda and recommended me some of her dog friendly ice cream and was very helpful with me to pick up the ice cream flavor I wanted. If that isnt good customer service I dont know what is. I 100% would recommend this to a friend or family or even take someone here!!!! The prices are in between cheap and a little expensive but the ice creams are so good that it is worth it!

Every time I go into Berry's there's always something new for me to try because of their wide range of local ice cream selections and toppings. I'm a big fan of the peanut butter Oreo ice cream, and the Frappes are always nice little pick me ups after work. What amazes me most about Berry's is they have lactose pills for customers right on the counter. For someone like me who can't eat ice cream without taking one it makes me feel really welcomed, and keeps me coming back.

Taditional and custom flavors. Nice size scoops. Premium quality (with similar prices). Fresh and rich flavors; not syrupy or ersatz. We also had a birthday cake which stood out as food artwork.

Super clean patio dining. Premium quality ice cream (so many different flavors and toppings). My favorite ones are pistachio and strawberry :-) well deserved 5 stars

My family and come here all the time. My new favorite flavor is coffee caramel brownie. I get that with the chocolate ice cream and hot fudge. The watermelon sherbet is excellent too!

Great icecream. Fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. Nice cozy little locally owned icream shop with big personality! They acomadate peanut allergies and even have icecream for your dog! I deffenitly recommend Berry's Ice cream and candy bar, we will be returning for sure!

Best Ice cream ever!!! Made a new sundae Nuts for carmel!!!! Salted Butter Pecan + Turtle cashew + Health bar candy + Carmel Drizzle !!!!🤤🤤🤤😋😋Whip cream and a cherry!!!!! I forgot the Managers name but she was awesome too!!! I know u know me by my comment. I renamed it !!! Lol please adjust the flavor names if I got them wrong!!!😉
