Charlene was so great to work with! I had been having issues signing up with Access Health due to name changes and other little things. She was able to help fix the issues and get me signed up in such a timely manner. She was incredibly personable, professional and able to answer all my questions. She was very honest in the questions she did not know the answers of and sought out the necessary information for me. So incredibly pleased with the service that was provided :)
