I have had the pleasure of working with Town & Shore Realty for four years now. The professionalism and level of service has been exceptional. Chad Raiche has advertised and found renters for my home in Westerly for my seasonal rental property that runs from September 1st through June 1st for 4 consecutive years. He puts great effort in finding the best possible renters, all of which have been timely in their payments and respectful of my property. As a busy Landlord, I’ve finally handed the most important part over to Chad, which is finding the right tenant. Something I used to do on my own, but no longer do. I’ve now been working with him for a long time and when an apartment becomes available I simply called Chad and he takes it from there.
