My wife and I along with our two girls worked with Babu and Niteesh to transition over to 4x new Pixel 8 Pro phones and they were absolutely fantastic! These two gentlemen were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. They took the time to assess and confirm all applications and configurations to ensure there were no surprises. I highly recommend them!

I appealed to the manager Conner two months ago about some extensive problems my daughter was having with coverage when she went away to college. The first day in the store, Conner assured me that he would resolve our issue and wouldn't stop until it was. I'm pleased to say that he is a man of his word and our girl now has 5 bars of service and much safer because of it. Thanks Conner and we will absolutely be back again for anything else we need. Wish there were more managers and store that stood by their word. Thanks!

The staff were very friendly and attentive even though there were several customers in at the same time. Conner H. Took care of my problem in seconds. He also did a demo on the durability of Liquid Glass for your phone’s protection. Worth the cost if you are prone to dropping/breaking the glass protectors on your phone.

I went in to purchase a new phone and trade in my old one. Conner was the one who helped me through the entire transaction. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier.

I stopped by Verizon niantic 3 months ago.
I was greeted by drew upon arrival. He is the best Verizon rep IVE EVER met. He took time to explain me everything in detail and the bill came exactly what he quoted me.
Drew is extremely customer service oriented. He is not a “sales person” rather he genuinely takes interest in helping out the customers. He is my go to person for any Verizon related questions.
Super friendly staff. Great customer services & they transfer content from my old phone to my new phone(no hassle)

Stopped into the store Thursday because the battery on my phone wouldn’t hold a charge. (Which I was really upset about because i got it not even a year ago here). I asked to speak to the store manager because I couldn’t understand how a new phone could be having so many issues. Taylor helped me through the process of getting a replacement which I received Saturday afternoon. I thought this all was going to be a much more difficult process, but it was painless and easy! Hardest part was calling customer service LOL. The new staff seems much friendlier than the last time I came in and is a great reflection of the company.

Went in and was greeted by a beautiful smile! Sopa was so pleasant to work with, and so honest with me. She's like no one else I've experienced. She took the time to look through the phones and teach me about them. She's very knowledgeable about all of the phones. She treated me with dignity and respect rather than just another sale. Kudos to this retailer and their amazing saleswoman!

Experience here was awesome! Watched Adam and the new guy help some older customers with some tech stuff. They were so patient. Adam was efficient and fast with getting me a new line on my plan and an upgrade for myself. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone! So glad we have one in east Lyme now instead of having to go to new London or the mall. Great service!

Taylor's and Rachel were absolutely amazing to work with. Taylor's worked directly with me and was very helpful with my husband's phone. She was polite, and patient with me. I will recommend both highly for spectacular customer service.

We came in to get my wife's phone fixed, as it wouldn't charge. Adam took care of us quickly and efficiently, ensuring we had the best new phone for our needs when the old one couldn't be fixed. Pleasant and professional, he got us taken care of and out the door within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this store and Adam.

Amazing assistance from Cory Cousino. Came into store as I was considering changing to Verizon. He took the time to answer all my questions documenting pertinent information that I could share with my husband. Several weeks later we returned together and the same courteous service helped with the change of service. I highly recommend this store manager. He runs a very professional operation that ensures confidence in new customers.

Adam was super helpful in setting up my new iPhone X. I was in and out within 20 minutes with my new phone already operational - complete with all the accessories I needed (case, charger, screen protector). Service was prompt and staff was courteous. Would definitely return to this location!

I brought my I phone 7 to the Verizon East Lyme store because it was not working properly. Taylor assisted me through the entire testing process which resulted in a new phone . Taylor was outstanding through the entire process. Knowledgeable and very professional. She is a credit to your organization.

Taylor at this location is rocking her pink hair and knowledge about Versions products. Sat here and watched her help me and 2 other people at the same time with great bed side manners.

Hayley was fantastic! My phone had to do a factory hard reset. Well it wouldn't, so I brought it in. She did her best to help out, but I knew it wouldn't work-out she looked out for me and my plan. I was due for an upgrade for last couple of years (hardcore GS III user!). She lowered my household bill, put me into a new phone, & got a 10 inch tablet with a rebate to make it free! So- my new GS5 is now in my hand and I am off to work! Thank you so much to Hayley and Richard for a great experience- truly cream of the crop at this Verizon Location!

Rachel was fantastic, very helpful. Educated me on my new device, in language that I could understand. I'd recommend this store over any other one in the area. They take the time to explain things to you and make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave.

Rach and stay were the upmost nicest human beings I have ever met in a very long time. They treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I got the exact phone I wanted. It was an amazing experience and I think that I have made some life long friends in the process.

Wow, my phone died and I came to see Adam to switch to Verizon and get a new one. He is absolutely amazing!!!! He was even able to get my contacts, photos and everything back!!!! I am beyond happy!!!!! Definitely recommend then to everyone!!!
