Pay no attention to these other reviews made by people who didn’t abide by the contract they signed and agreed to. How can it possibly be the fault of the establishment for abiding by their own contract that both parties agreed on? I’ve never had a problem with the staff and have been a long time customer. I have never had a problem getting or fulfilling a loan or redemption. Also, as far as the staff being rude, I have never experienced that in all the years of business with this establishment. If as a customer you verbally abuse or berate an employee, you should not expect to be treated any different than you are treating the employee. This is the golden rule we were taught about as toddlers. Excellent establishment that provides a highly valued service to the community.

Im a junkie for pawn shops and thrift stores. Ive been to both in many towns and states. Still, This is the best pawn I've ever been in! They have all the stuff you would find in the best of both kinds of stores!

We went in looking for some rings, but also left with some awesome vintage roller skates. We were helped by Angel, and she was so friendly and helpful, and even gave us one heck of a deal! Definitely worth a stop even just for poking around.

Staffs friendly and stores full of variety! I’ve found when selling items they pay most fair amount compared to Kalispell pawn shops!!! :)

We have had good experiences the numerous times we have shopped here. It's a good place to find tires and funiture. The people are very friendly.

I don't really care for this location to be honest the shop seems to be very disorganized many things you may be looking for are strung out all over the place in the back the only area that seems to be taken care of in the firearms area

Horrible service..I had got a loan on a item, one month goes by. I go in to get it back they told me they had already sold it. Because I was one day late on paying the loan. It was a 1500 saw, that they literally stole From me. They were extremely rude. Who sells an item after one day.

Horrible service, employees are down right rude….don’t pawn them anything worth value or they will tell you your a day late on the loan and the item went on the floor that day and sold….which is a totall
Lie they just saw an opportunity to pretty much steal my item….iv never ran into a pawn shop that after the first month your one day late and they won’t let you pay your loan off to get your item….I wouldn’t give them a dollar of business if you want my option….unprofessional and down right stealing.

The store is really nice but the staff is rude everytime and I won't recommend anyone going and if your going to be a pawn shop you should make sure your staff are trained as pawn brokers
