First time homeowner here. Had to get my electrical almost completely re-done and upgraded to 200 amp service. Rob came by and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why when he came to quote. Scheduling was super easy thanks to Debbie! Nick and Vernon came by today to get the job done. They were on time, and remained professional and courteous the whole time. They kept the areas free and clean of any debris and had me walk through all their work before they finished. I could not be happier! Definitely using Walter Electric again in the future when we are ready to expand our home and add mini splits. Thanks for making this a smooth and easy process!

I contacted Walter Electric because I needed a light installed on my vaulted ceiling in my great room. They were very responsive, provided a quick and reasonable quote and scheduled my service in less than a week. Vernon was the electrician that installed the light. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job with the installation. I will definitely use Walter Electric again in the future and will request Vernon. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great electrician.

I have used Walter Electric on multiple occasions and have had excellent, professional service each time. My last service call was made by a gentleman named Chris, who worked quick and efficiently and was happy to answer any of my questions.

We had Walter Electric come in and look over our brand new (old) house. There was a ton of work that needed to be done and they were nothing short of professional when it came to our estimate. Bob arrived early for the estimate and went into detail about what was going to be done and gave me a few options to choose from. When we agreed to the work, he sent Vernon and Nick to the house and they were both amazing. They let my wife and I know exactly what was going on and were super professional about everything (including letting me know when they were going to lunch!). A job that I thought would take 10+ hours a day barely took 8 each day. I highly recommend Walter Electric! 5 stars!

Highly recommend Walter Electric! From start to finish they are professional and very responsive. Bob came out day of to do a free quote and after that Debbie was there to help every step of the way. Nick, Vernon, and Chris came out to complete the work and did an excellent job. Final result of the 200A service upgrade was a clean, nicely organized new panel with minimal down time. Will be calling them for any future electrical needs!

Look no further. This is the place for your electrical needs. The process to get an estimate is super simple. Getting on the schedule was a breeze also (extra points for that because I know every company is busy). The staff was great at communicating and answering my questions. The tech explained things in regular terms that someone who doesn't work with electrical could understand. I truly believe they went above and beyond expectations. My tenant was very pleased also, the company did work on my rental property.

Bob, Deb, Nick, and Vernon were all spectacular. The timeliness, quality of work and communication was all super professional and I would highly recommend them. Even when I threw them a curve ball and asked for an additional outlet they easily accommodated and we're super understanding. They did a great job.

Update #2 Nick came out again for mini splits andwas super helpful! They just do a really great job all around.

Walter Electric's technician, Vernon Davis, did a great job troubleshooting an resolving an electrical problem.
Walter Electric was able to rapidly generate a repair quote so that Vernon could make a repair, restoring power to my garage, so that I didn't need to take time off work.
I am very satisfied with Walter Electric, and especially please with the quality of Vernon's work and customer service.

We had some electrical issues in our home and needed a new line into the house. Walter Electric coordinated with Eversource to get us up and running again. The guys were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and the job was finished in the time frame we were expecting. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Walter Electric was great to work with. When Vernon arrived at the house (on time) he did a walk through of the various jobs. After the walk through, he got right to work. Before leaving, Vernon took time to review what he had done. I would not hesitate to call Walter Electric again.

I called to have a residential 120 plug installed. Debbie and Bob very helpful setting up appointment. Vernon showed up right in time. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me tips for a future project. Would definitely recommend Vernon and the team for any electrical projects.

We were having some issues with our kitchen light. The electrician, Vernon, was very knowledgeable and professional. As soon as he checked the light he quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately shut off the power. Turns out the person that had wired it previously did not do it correctly and the wires were literally melting and sparking. There were scorch marks on the box that heldbthe wires! He was able to replace the box and wires and even fixed a different light switch while he was here. I would definitely recommend Walter Electric and I can't thank Vernon enough. This might have really saved our lives.

The team was professional, prompt, respectful, responsive and provided great customer service. The techs on my project put in the extra effort to push beyond some complications in order to place a receptacle where I originally requested. They also cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the results and very excited to finally have my electrical projects done!!

EDIT:
It is several months later and our house remodel is finally done. Vernon has risen to every challenge he came across on several visits during the project, even a particularly and potentially scary situation we went through a couple weeks ago with the wiring in the kitchen.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the final bill- I was expecting it to be double. Not complaining!
Walter Electric is a 5 star company for sure. Nowadays it’s hard to find that. We’re customers for life :)

Vernon is our guy! He’s professional, efficient, and on time. We have a unique situation with our kitchen remodel and the many electrical wires we have running through, and he came up with a game plan pretty quickly in order to make what we want to happen, happen!

Vernon came to my house on short notice. Fixed everything and explained everything thoroughly. Very friendly and polite to my elderly parents who were having a hard time w electrical issues !! A+. Would highly recommend Walter.
