Have always received great service from all employees. Haven't frequented this establishment as much as we would like, but we have always had a great experience when we have been.

Tonight we placed an order for a later pickup and they were more than helpful and truly accommodating on a very special request of ours. Not one encounter have we had that wasn't pleasant. We will continue to tell friends and family about Boardwalk and while we may not (again) eat here as much as we may want to, we will continue to give them our business.

The tastiest, best Pizza in New London county. The owner is very customer friendly, and engaging.

Delicious pizza - our favorite is the spinach Gorgonzola where the thin crust allows the flavor of the toppings to shine through. Also tried the chicken parm family dinner special that comes with pasta, salad & bread. Tasty & a great value. Perfect when it’s too hot to cook! Place is clean & neat and staff is very friendly. Park in lot around the corner. One of our favorite take out spots!

Being Italian and from New York. I'm always looking for good pizza. What a find! The best pizza! And I had an Eggplant Parm grinder with cherry peppers. Absolutely delicious!

Needed 2 pizzas for takeout, compared with two other local establishments, Boardwalk had the lowest prices and easier access. Got two pies: one large Pepperoni and one large meat lovers. Probably the best flavor I've experienced in a while. Nice tomato flavor and plenty of toppings. The pie was well cooked, a nice crust with minor crunch throughout the whole pie except at the center which had good droop that folded back easily to the middle of the slice.

Great first experience! I got the bacon cheeseburger pizza and my family got the seafood deluxe pizza. Delicious. I can't wait to go back to try their calzones and pasta dishes. I've been let down by other local pizza places but this may be my new go to!

I used to live in Miami and would have had to send a pizza back like 3 times to get it like this. Crispy crust perfection with great recipes!

Excellent pizza! Ordered 2 regular and one gluten free pizza for delivery on a Sunday evening. Delivery on time and hot.
Pizza has good flavor. Nice crust—Italian style but not paper thin and the sauce is very good—-and not greasy or salty, which we find is a big problem with many local pizza shops. East Lyme seems to have a proliferation of pizza restaurants, but none are memorable...it’s nice to have a good reliable option...we will be back!

Service was excellent. The garlic knots were so good, we didn't even order them. They gave us two when we were seated. I would definitely go back again.

Crispy thin crust style pizza and I mean thin crust. Delicious. Their other food items are equally well done (I always judge a place by their wings and this place brings some solid flavor). Mom and pop business that's definitely worth your price.

Stop in for just a slice or pick up full food items along with local sodas (sasparilla and cream soda pairs very well with pizza).

The pizza I've been missing. Really excellent job by Boardwalk Pizzeria. If you haven't had the Bianca, treat yourself. I was a frequent flyer at Ray's Pizza and if you were a patron of Ray's, let me tell you it's all that and a bag of chips. Although it is a better environment than Ray's was. I'm happy, I got my pizza back! There's just no other in town that compares.

Small but robust pizzeria located in the heart of Niantic offering a delicious spread of menu options. Check my previous reviews, I am a big fan of local pizza and this place does it right. Courteous and prompt staff combined with mouth watering entrees and pies bmakes for a bomb combo. Try the turkey club grindere. P. S. It's a thing

Hands down the best food on the Shoreline! A must try for anyone passing through Niantic. My family eats here every week. The staff are so friendly and helpful to accommodate anything you need. The pizza is always delicious with a taste of Italy! The chefs really do care about food! Also the Penne Alla Vodka is a MUST TRY YOU WONT REGRET!

Great pizza, great prices, great people and very easy to get in and out. Small, clean dine in area if need be. Great for a quick bite when in the area for fun or fishing.

Decided to give them a try after reading other reviews. The food was fantastic! I was told 45 mins - an hour, delivered in 30 minutes! Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. So glad we ordered and will definitely be ordering again.

Every time I have been in this place it has been off time's and is not been crowded. I don't know why the food is delicious and the prices are quite Fair. It's right across from the beach in Niantic there is convenient parking right across the street from the restaurant and I believe there is parking in back. My dad loves the chicken marsala. I have had the white pizza and the eggplant rollatini and both of them were outstanding. The service is terrific. I would say that the atmosphere is more like a pickup to go place. It is not a place you would go for a date night. But if you are looking for a good meal with good prices this is the place. It is quite clean and the employees were wearing their masks and following covered protocol.

Very excellent pizza! Full of flavor. And the staff is amazing! And everything is reasonably priced for the portions.

We went with 11 people for lunch and ordered a few pizzas. It was delicious. The crust was crunchy and the sauce was very tasty. We may have found our new go to pizzeria!
