I have worked with Sound as a partner and within their agency and felt nothing but compassion for our community. The agency exhibits kindness to all who walk through our doors and provide our community a safe place to receive a multitude of services and support. I have been an employee of Sound Community Services for about 10 years now. Sound has a warm, welcoming environment with staff who truly care. Sound invests in its employees with fruitful trainings, leadership opportunities and of course showing their appreciation for staff. I would not be where I am professionally and personally without Sound!

As an employee I have witnessed nothing but compassion for the clients we serve and dedication to connect with the community to bring in more clients who made need help. This organization has been a great source of comfort, warmth and safety for our clients. Working at this agency has totally changed my life in a positive way. Everyday I come into work knowing that I am going to help and support people to make their lives a little less stressful and manageable. The staff here are amazing. They take everyone and everything seriously, and are very professional. The community events and services provided here are S-tier. I've been coming to this Community center for 5 years, there have been many upgrades and changes to meet the demands and times. I would recommend this location to everyone that needs community outreach support. 10/10

As an employee of sound since 2021, I see the positive changes in our client's lives that come from the services provided by our staff here, and the awesome growth opportunities for our dedicated staff. I have interacted with Sound as a staff member, collaborator, and member of the area community. The staff consistently demonstrate profound kindness and caring for the people they serve. What I appreciate about working here is the knowledge and understanding the staff have of the population they serve and what I appreciate about them as a community member is their advocacy and efforts for the community as a whole.

As a neurodivergent employee of Sound Community Services, I have never worked for an organization as caring and compassionate as Sound. Their care and kindness for people struggling with mental health is nothing short of inspiring and is noticeable in every one of the staff I have interacted with and I've never in my many years of employment worked for a company that is so dedicated to making a positive change in the world. It's a great place. Staff is very accommodating to my questions and concerns as well as assists me when available. They are very efficient and show patience and understanding.
