David and the team are great to me always and I appreciate their hard work

The level of care, concern and customer service could not be beat by the Manager of the New London CVS! This Manager went over, above and beyond anything I would describe as normal customer care. I was 6 minutes late (at the closing of the pharmacy) to arrive for a flu vaccine... no problem . My vaccine was happily administered. Then I got to the checkout at the front of the store and my care pass would not work. This same Manager took my phone and entered some information that recertified my care pass and my $ were sent back to my account . CVS is VERY fortunate to have this man as an asset to their New London Store . Thank you for such a great experience. What a contrast to most retail experiences in the past 2 years!

I like this CVS. I’ve been going there for 10+ years. There’s been changes over the years to store & staff, but I find the NL location & staff just as pleasant as always! The Rx staff is always friendly & helpful.

Nice shopping experience for healcare related items or a quick process3d snack.

The staff here are SO courteous and, seem to have a genuine interest in your well-being. They seem to be able to answer most any question, whether it be about prescriptions, otc meds or, drug interaction.

Has Xmas stuff the day after Halloween. And valentines after xmas.
