AT&T Store

Today was a complete surprise!! Joel Stafford the district manager called us , seeing that we were back in the store for the Apple Watch 9 . He had recommended I should upgrade too. I refuse to, but I ended up buying anyway. He was completely right, I am so in love with it. It’s comfortable, light , just like he said. Now I wished I had gotten it back in November.
I am blown away by the amount of care this store has given us. To go out of their way to make a special call , to check up on our purchase. Nobody does this??!!
No this store does!!! Up most respect for everyone there. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do business with!!!

William H is the best! Helped me with getting a new IPHONE 14. He even installed the screen protector with a phone case that I purchased with the phone. He also assisted with transferring data from my old IPHONE 11 to my new IPHONE 14.

Will was the most patient, respectful, and accommodating associate I have come across in a long time. He truly restored my faith in salesman. He didn’t coerce me and he also only sold me the things that he felt I needed and also suggested other accessories that work well with my purchases. I feel very appreciated and will be returning. I’ve had my fair share of stressful visits to an AT&T store, but Will was sensible, patient, and very approachable. I don’t think anyone else could have handled this better than Will. The customer service world needs more people like Will! Both of my friends and I would give him higher than 5 stars. But seeing as 5 is the max, this is the least we can do! Bravo indeed!!

Will was beyond helpful today. He assisted me with all my needs. He has a great sense of humor and I recommend him for management immediately. His customer service skills are awesome!
