A wonderful Lowe's employee named Tracey helped me locate several items quickly. Great attitude. Need more like her. Kind, patient, willing to help, knowledgeable, and a smile as well. I wish some of the other Lowe's employees would follow her lead. She gets five stars.

We went and got some outdoor Christmas decorations alot to choose from.

I love this Lowes. Best Lowes staff ever. Great quality lumber at the best prices. I stopped going to Home Depot altogether. Lowes is better for my needs all around. This location is very easy to get to and has BJS gas and Walmart right next door. Do your lumber shopping and catch a movie after @ the cinemas around the corner! Better stuff and great sales and I use my veterans discount for personal purchases. That 10 percent adds up! Peace!

Extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful staff. Great selection. My new go to home improvement place. Home Depot does not have the selection or the staff anymore.

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Lowe's regarding the installation of some doors. Throughout this ordeal, the assistant manager, Steve, was professional, kind, patient, and much nicer to me than my behavior warranted. In the end, the project came out beautifully. Lowe's is extremely lucky to have a manager with such exceptional customer service skills.

I bought a overhead Microwave with an installation plan and they came out to install it in a week. Looking real good.

Lowe's does not add any additional tin to the exist color, which is make sense, but still you need to know about it. So be carefully and always buy some extra.

Lura was very professional and highly knowledgeable about the products Loew sells.

This is the one-stop shop for your house,back yard, or supplies, etc. Have bought appliances, things to organize my closet, garbage cans , light bulbs, etc. Oh, the list can go on n on. I really have been able to find what I need at this place and it's good quality. Love one-stop shops. Saves time and money.
Came today for some plastic bins. Was wondering around looking for them and was approached instantly to see if I needed help. Found the bins in his direction, but the ones down below were all yucky, and we just did a closet makeover. I saw some up high, and I asked a woman worker if she could check the ones up higher if they were more decent. Not a problem,got the lift,looked through all the bins, and got what I wanted. Now that's customer service. I left very happy

It was super easy to return an item. Also great customer service. I did not know where to find a saw that I was looking to buy and a very kind elderly staff member helped me. The self check put registers are easy to use. Brianne

Fast and effortless return and relatively easy navigation of the building to find a replacement product to buy. As it's such a large building with big wide isles, keeping your distance is easy and I noticed the employees keeping up with the cleanliness of the self checkout area I used to ring out. Overall great experience. Would recommend!

Customer service is is top notch. Went in looking for a combo washer/dryer unit. Lowe’s not only matched Home Depot’s price, they gave me 5% off for doing business with them! So ecstatic I got myself a Lowe’s credit card to start earning 5% back on all purchases. Romeo, Shawn, and Brian were especially helpful during this visit. Thanks guys!
