What a wonderful experience I allowed someone to borrow my car while in the hospital long story short that was a bad desicion on my part and my vehicle ended up being impounded I contacted Chester law on a Friday evening after hours and he worked very hard on my behalf going as far as contracting Ronan chief of police and getting everything worked out over the weekend a wonderful man with incredible empathy that goes above and beyond for the person he is working for incredible man and experiance
