What can I say I love taco bell. Have to drive almost half hour to get there but this bell is great no issue with me. Keep up the good work. 😃 👍

I placed a mobile order yesterday for myself and my son. The team members in the drive thru were very friendly and cheerful. They addressed me by name since my name was on the order. The food was wonderful and I was very impressed with the service!

The employees here are fast and friendly! I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

This isn't your average Taco Bell! The place is clean, the food is consistently better than most other Bells, and the crew is super friendly and fast. I dunno what it is about this one but it's always a pleasant experience as opposed to other Taco Bells which are sometimes disappointing.

Generally speaking, my experiences at fast food places are pretty generic except for today. I went to lunch here with family visiting from out of town. Our experience was more like 10 stars. The woman who took our order was so friendly, and so full of life and kindness with a killer smile. Not only was our order experience fantastic, but she came to see how we were doing during our meal the way a waitress would do at a full service restaurant. Also, a shout out to the people who made our food too. Everything was exactly how we ordered it, hot and fresh. I'm a Wendy's girl but I'm breaking up with them after today!

Best on the street hands down. I work on this street and I've been to them all for lunch. Always friendly. Always clean. Always fast. Orders are never wrong. Manager has a very trained team.

I been to new london taco bell I had some issue with groton taco bell april manager in new london taco bell took care of me taco bell in new london are great with great service

The food was hot and served quickly as expected. The best part of our visit was the treatment by the staff. They were warm and pleasant. It was nice to eat indoors and with pleasant people that cared about what they were doing. I’ll be back soon

Edit: They’ve gotten better since my last review. I live in Norwich and I go to NL Taco Bell to get food cuz they make it good consistently and they don’t skimp on their ingredients. So far.

They sometimes get my order wrong. I don't have a thick accent or anything. Food is okay, Groton Taco Bell is better - I drive there if I really want a decent meal. Last time I went, a week or two ago, the meat tasted different. I always get a godita crunch.

Their new fries are so good. They have a very light crispy batter on them. They come with a sauce but I didnt even try it. They were so good without the sauce.

My favorite go to drink stop. If i am gonna drink stop by here first. Just my opinion though. They had a great staff on during my visit. Fast service even though i ate inside and that is saying something when it comes to a fast food indoor eating experience

Staff is wonderful, food is great and service is excellent. The clerk that works there, Liz L, is super awesome. She knows her regulars and is super friendly. I've become friends with her.

My experience was the best starting of with the server she remembered my name and I only been there three times.Big points right there.the food was all some.The service was a 10 I recommended that everyone eat at Taco Bell at 404 Colmon St New London CT I even met the RGM Vee she gave me a free taco

Went at 11:36 pm and the girl at the window was spot on,Great service. Don’t usually leave reviews, but you should definitely make her a manager if she already isn’t.

This is the best Taco Bell, honestly none is superior. The beans and potatoes are always fresh. My husband and I are vegan but we sometimes crave nonsense junk food, so we come to 🌮 🔔 where we can get quick vegan food.
