Had a service appointment for Rhodium dipping for my ring! They did an absolute amazing job between customer service and actually getting the ring done. Because I travel some ways to get to this Jared’s location they get the service done quickly and I make a day out of coming up to this Jared’s location. I’m super thankful for the warranty that Jared’s offers and helping me as quickly as possible as I am allergic to my ring so I NEED to have it rhodium plated multiple times a year. Ray had assisted me and he was super helpful !!

How a Jewlery store should be !
Patrick and Nick provided top notch service to my wife and I while in for a repair and purchase. We were looking for diamond earrings. They both had patience and were very helpful showing us many different options.
Never once made us feel uncomfortable or like we were taking up their time.
The repair was spot on and done the same day which made my wife extremely happy!

My fiancé and I were looking for a custom wedding band to fit her engagement ring and Monique nailed it! The two pieces match perfectly and we could not be happier! Monique was available day and night to answer any questions we had and worked with us to get the best deal we could. I always make sure to come in when she is working, she is that good!

This Jared location always goes above and beyond for us. My husband initially got my engagement ring from here 5 years ago and since have bought wedding bands and other jewelry. They always do great work on ring inspections, cleanings, and when I had my rings soldered together. Today, I went in because my diamond was loose, Nick the manager, had my ring fixed and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. The workers are always pleasant, nice, and efficient. We will always continue to go back to this Jared location.

Jared's in Waterford and their staff, Nick, Brenda, Joy & Peter are amazing!! My family & I only shop here for our jewelry. They are helpful and accommodating to our needs, whether it be shopping for a particular piece, an inspection, cleaning or a battery for our watch, they are always so helpful. I enjoy coming here every 6 months for my ring inspection, it’s quick and efficient and everyone is so pleasant. The warranty for the jewelry is stellar. Just lost a small diamond in my band after 6 years and it’s completely covered. Brenda is absolutely amazing. She’s super attentive and she knows what you want before you even know what you want. Very happy every time I come in, and I’m so glad my husband went to Jared’s, and we will continue to come here for all of our jewelry needs!

My fiancé and I came in to look at new engagement rings. I made the mistake of using an online jeweler for our first engagement ring, that online jeweler destroyed the finish when we had it resized, offered to make a whole new ring but didn't follow through. We came in and told our tale of woe to Brenda and Patrick and explained that we had a very short timeline as we are traveling to visit my mother who lives 1,000 miles away, for her 60th birthday as a surprise. With their help, we found a ring that we absolutely fell in love with and a lab grown diamond that was stunning! This meant that not only did the ring have to be resized, but the head had to be ordered and replaced to match the shape of the diamond we chose. Patrick let us know that our ring should be ready the day before we left. To our delight, I received an email stating that our ring was done a day early!! Patrick is an absolute Rockstar!! I usually prefer to patronize smaller businesses, but with an investment of this nature, having the corporate backing of a lifetime service agreement, multiple nationwide locations, and a solid reputation, Jared was our first choice and they delivered in a big way. Patrick and the folks in the shop far exceeded our expectations and have earned themselves a customer for life!!

Patrick was an absolute dream to work with. My fiancé and I came in looking to purchase a wedding band and I was incredibly indecisive, naturally. Patrick was patient and offered suggestions to coincide with what I had in mind. He was knowledgeable about diamonds and explained everything perfectly, including the insurance plans, pricing, and showed me all of the images with explanations about what everything meant. I left my diamond engagement ring to be sized and he made me feel so comfortable about the process and security. I can’t recommend working with him enough, 10/10 experience!

A very special occasion took us into Jared this day as we were able to watch our doin pick out the perfect diamond for a custom wedding ring he's designing. Everyone at the store was quite friendly and it was a genuine fondness that did not feel forced or fake. Tiffany and Morgan were very knowledgeable about the diamonds and did not rush or try to sway our son's decision. We have never designed custom jewelry so being told about the process was enlightening. Not only does Jared have beautiful jewelry displayed, but knowing that they will walk you step by step through the custom experience is just a whole new level of customer service. And yes, "he went to Jared!"

I have had 3 custom rings made by Nick. He is amazing at what he does. He is patient and creative. The entire staff in the Waterford store are wonderful to work with. I love the laid back approach...not a fan of pushy sales people. You will get none of that there. I will be back!
