The Burger Stand -Santa Fe

A good burger joint very close to the square in Santa Fe. I like a lot of what they do here. They carry quality local beers, and serve high quality food. Sunday afternoon service isn't the fastest but they get it done. You order at the counter and get a number for your table. The duck fat fries I had were tasty and correctly cooked. Same with the green Chile burger, very well cooked (medium well) and flavorful, just enough kick to it. Did I mention they have milkshakes as well? This location has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating that extends into Burro alley, very pleasant.

Casual burger place with a nice outdoor patio. GREAT people (and dog) watching. Definitely a more punk/rock vibe. I got the Impossible burger, despite not being a vegetarian, and WOW it was good. Super juicy and flavorful/spicy. Also had some sort of wonderful margarita/cocktail with green chile infused alcohol. The bartender recommended a chocolate-y stout made by a local brewer which was fabulous.
Overall loved their take on a burger joint with a definite NM flair. 👍

Laid back pub with better then usual pub menu. I had the Green Chili Cheeseburger. It was good sized and tasted great and cooked perfectly. The fries are delicious also. The court yard has an amazing atmosphere.

FANTASTIC house made veggie burger! It’s hard to find good veggie burgers now that Impossible burgers are a thing, and this one hit it out of the park!
Very sad they were out of all the special sauces for fries the night we were there, but the burger was so good it’s still five stars.

Bring back the duck fries!! They did have the oil to make us some even tho it wasn't on the menu and OMG they are so good!! They taste cleaner as weird as that might sound. But to be honest their hot dogs are waaaay better than their burgers. The burgers are average no complaints really. But man get a hot dog and some duck fat fries.

This place was not far off from the plaza. The service was quick and you had options to sit in the patio or dine inside.

Cute little bar with limited drink menu and food but open in the middle of the day and you just can’t say anything bad about that. Nice patio area and the sparkling wine and Santa Fe mule were yummy. Really close to the Hilton where we were staying and only a short walk for a good drink.

This is a Glory Hallelujah thank you Lordy kinda burger establishment. The Burger Stand on W San Francisco St was absolutely scrumptious!. Park in the public space lot for $5 and come on down.

Rustic, quaint ambience with indoor and outdoor seating (located behind the restaurant). Overall enjoyablle environment with friendly staff. Not many people during an early afternoon visit but I overhead a team member saying it gets very busy during the evenings.

Note: I ordered my burger wel done and next time will get it Medium-well. Deliciously tasty burger with awesome heat in the green Chile. The Classic was so much better than "classic" burger. Cheddar cheese, onion, tomato and fresh local greens. Those hot parmesan truffle fries were to die for. Ordered a basket and then another side of them because they were just that great! Ice cold beers consumed were 2nd Street 2920 IPA and a beautifully crispy cider.

Really good burgers and taco! Loved the chicken taco but the fish was a little tasteless missing a spice or two.

Excellent burger. First time eating here and I’d love to go back to try all their burgers. The buns are very fresh, the “crust” almost crunchy on the outside but warm and soft on the inside. The patty was cooked to medium as I had asked for and was super juicy. The burger was so good that it really didn’t need any condiments but they have several available that are super yum. My favorites were the BBQ sauce and the garlic Parmesan sauce. The duck fat fries were really crisp and tasty as well.

This place has the best burgers. You can order with sweet potato fries or plain fries. Gluten Free options are also available. Beer on tap. We recommended it here. Ask for complimentary pickles. They’re the best. Loads of outdoor and indoor seating, nestled right off the Santa Fe Plaza.

We finished every bite! Green chili cheeseburger was great and the beef was clearly high quality. Bun stayed intact, which is a must for a decent burger! We also got a corn dog, which was fresh and great. Onion rings were perfectly fried and not greasy, and fries were on point, too.

But CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE SAUCES?!? Specifically, the toasted marshmallow sauce was unlike anything I've ever tried. I'm a huge fan. Ever dipped your fries in a frosty? This sauce reminds me of that! She ain't pretty, but she's delicious. BBQ and ranch were awesome, too.

Cannot say enough great things. Green chili burger was absolutely delicious (and I'm picky about burgers). Good selection of beer and other beverages. Customer service was relaxed but attentive. The atmosphere was more welcoming than nearby restaurants. Beautiful patio with heaters.

They definitely need shirts though!!

Visited this friendly place during our lunchbreak. Staff is super friendly, have a wide variety of local beers on tap and the burgers were amazing 😎

Coming in at number two of all time best burger of my life. We had the fire burger. It's was cool perfect to order. Service was 10 out of 10. We had just came from Desert Dog.. or something like that which the service was underwhelming to say the least. This definitely turned out trip to Santa Fe. Wondering place so thankful we stopped in! Oh yeah they have some incredible dipping sauces and the pickles!!!! HOMEMADE MUST TRY!!

The burgers are yummy and flavorful.

The check-in process during the Covid-19 pandemic was confusing, a sign that direct people will be helpful.

A large tasty burger grilled just as I requested (well-done). We asked some locals and this was one of their top recommendations. Alcoholic drinks are also available.

Awesome green chile burger. Plenty of gluten free options as well - even a GF Kolsch. Patio was nice for a weekday lunch.
