I visited here on a 6 month long road trip and 3 years later I still think about the food here. The sandwiches, the soup… everything is perfection. My girlfriend and I tried to eat at multiple places to explore, but nothing compares. I would sell my soul for another pumpernickel sandy and some chicken noodle soup. Deliver cross country please!

I read about Stella's before planning my Montana roadtrip and am so happy that it lived up to expectations. Everything about Stella's was fantastic. I ordered the Mollman Pass with the soup of the day (tomato basil) and it was a big portion and super tasty. My dad's sandwich was equally as great - the Timberlane.

We then got dessert for the rest of our ride. I opted for the banana bar with cream cheese frosting and he got two scoops of their homemade vanilla ice cream. I wish I got a picture of how big those two scoops were... By my count maybe 10 small scoops?! It was wild. I probably could have skipped the banana bar, but all in all would definitely return again!

If you want delicious home cooked food, personal staff, and a friendly atmosphere, stop here! Don't let the road construction scare you away. It's worth the stop 100x over! Family friendly; games and cards to play with. You can even call in for your order.

Why are the best places in the strangest places? The first thing I heard walking in was someone saying how good the breakfast sandwich was to the owner. I can't think of a better one I've ever had. It's like they read my mind when deciding how to make it.
They are known for their soup for a very good reason. I LOVE SOUP. I eat it for breakfast and on a hot summer day....I love soup. I don't know how but their chicken noodle is better than homemade. Maybe they pray or chant over it but whatever it is they do, they do it better than mom does.
I can't wait to come back and I haven't even left yet! Damn it! I wish I was still hungry!!
Thank you Stella, Mom, Jesus, Buddah, Universe (whoever is responsible).

Head to pesto, turkey sandwich, special on herb bread, and it was outstanding. Excellent soup. Excellent service. Great place to sit out in the patio in the shade and enjoy some good food.

First time having breakfast here. Food was amazing, coffee freshly brewed & delicious! Locally owned, organic eggs, freshly baked bread that was toasted with homemade jam. Ate on the patio & it was an all around good environment. 👍🏼

Good omelette, great toast, coffee roasted next door, and everyone working was wonderful. There were desert and dinner pies in their freezer to take home and bake.
Prices and portions both seemed on the light side. I will absolutely visit again. I want to try more of their menu.

One of the BEST places My wife and I have found up here. The coffee (they get it from Dobson Creek next door) is great but the food is phenomenal! We have had both breakfast and lunch and both were great. We have not had a baked item yet that was not scrumptious as well! To top it off the staff is very nice and polite.

Fabulous staff. My first time here and I felt at home. Ordered breakfast and coffee and was very pleased. The atmosphere is quaint and eclectic, with giggles from the kitchen setting the mood. Worth the stop if you're passing by. I'll be back again soon.

I haven't stopped into Stella's in a few years. The vibe is still the same, the food just as amazing as I remember, and the staff are out of this world with their customer service. Thank you for an incredible lunch! I look forward to my next meal!!!

We had a wonderful experience, I had a vanilla iced latte and my husband had a decaf coffee. Mine was delicious and my husband was pleasantly surprised saying his decaf was really good (he doesn't normally get good decaf at the majority of the coffee shops). Then we ordered breakfast and I can truly say we each had terrific meals. I had their breakfast omelette and he had eggs, bacon and toast...I couldn't finish all of mine, I needed his help. The homemade bread was a real treat.
Everything was superb...service, coffee and food. Thank you to everyone working, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend stopping if you have the opportunity!

Come on! Food in a small town CAN"T be this good!!! But it is! Handmade sandwiches and soups. My wife and I have gone there multiple times and NEVER been disappointed. The only downside is the limited seating.

Keep an eye out or you'll drive right by it! The bread is made there, along with their soups. The bread really make the sandwich, I've had both their turkeys and I would recommend them! It is a great spot to stop for lunch. With a small tip, the lunch will run you around $10 for a sandwich and small soup.

This small bakery/restaurant attached to a coffee shop is superb! Operated by traditional Mennonite and German Baptist's this place is old-fashioned in all the positive ways. I would go way out of my way to make a point of stopping here. I would have said that no one makes pie crust like my mother. No one. This fact has spoiled me and prevented me from ordering pie in any restaurant. Flaky, delicious, home-made pies are hard to come by in my opinion. These folks made the best tasting pie I've ever had. Go see for yourself - and don't tell my mom, please.

This is my all time favorite!!🥰 The people are almost the best part but the herb white bread is delicious and usually some amazing soup!! Not to mention the amazing pie and quiche crusts they make! So flaky and purely delicious!

We stopped in for breakfast and ended up taking lunch to-go as well. The bread was incredible! So soft, and so flavorful! Everything was delicious! I wish this was closer to home, I would quickly become a regular.

I had the Timberlane sandwich and it was delicious!! Just the right amount of everything. The bread was soft and fresh and it was very full of meat, veggies and sauces. I will eat here every time I go through town.
