Wendy's

I go to this Wendy’s maybe twice a week it’s gets really busy at night on Fridays and Saturdays. This is probably the best fast food restaurant establishment in the area the fries are generally hot and they get the orders correct 99% of the time this particular Wendy’s is the best in the area.

Once in a while I go afterwork, these guys are on par, they make sure everything is fresh and made as ordered, and they are really friendly.

Seriously!!!! Their burgers looked exactly like the menu burgers. 10/10 will go again. Everything was fresh too. My only complaint is I couldn't eat more

The guy at the counter was friendly and very accommodating. The food was hot, fresh, and very good. We had just come from a nearby steakhouse where we waited to get seated, then we were told the kitchen was backed up and we would have to wait around a half hour more to get our food once we ordered We were on our way to a local event, so we decided to leave the steakhouse and go to Wendy's instead. So glad we did! Wendy's was a whole lot less expensive, much less of a wait, and it wasn't crowded, dark, and noisy like the steakhouse. My husband and I were able to talk and enjoy our food without having to rush. We are so glad we decided to leave the other place and stop in Wendy's. An all around enjoyable experience.

I love the Cobb salad n the mango lemonade.

No matter if it's in the morning for breakfast or another time of day for lunch/dinner, I've yet to have a bad experience at this Wendys ever since moving to NL from Norwich in 2020. Always a pleasure to go here!

I have a soft spot for Wendy's but this time... It was excellent! The fries (which I usually only eat because I'm hungry not because it's amazing) were so crisp and hot. The rest of the meal was excellent and even with a larger than normal order, it was all correct and they provided enough napkins. Overall, it was pretty great!

Dante was on point with my large family's eat in order. While getting multiple orders through the drive thru and for dine in. He went above and beyond while serving us. Which was multiple times.

The employees at the Norwich location are the best

This Wendy's was just great. The food was hot. The drive-through was not a very long wait. I would definitely come back to this Wendy's again thanks.

Great food, Little salt on French fries now, Fantastic drinks, The baconator, Dave's double, With or without cheese. You a choice.

Always good for late night dinner. Those pub fries are the best I tell you.

Excellent service! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The dining room was large, comfortable, well decorated, and clean. the condiment station filled & tidy, and there were high chairs available for small children. Bathrooms were clean. Food order was correct and i received it hot.

Great customer service! We've bought a bedroom set, matress, nightstands, the whole shebang from here. Recently bought a Great Loveseat and matching couch! Sales person showed us exactly what we wanted right off the bat, no pressure at all! Would highly recommend buying from them!

Great service! Julia is amazing. She pretty much runs the place. Saw her give a customer money from her own pocket who didn't have enough for their food. (her hair is awesome too)

I love Wendy's, they are my favorite fast food place. This one here in NL is always super busy though, so watch out. They always have fresh tomatoes and lettuce on their burgers, their chicken nuggets are amazing, and the fries are never soggy. Frosties are delicious in the summer on a hot blazing day. Really recommend coming her if you want something better than McDonald's :)

Always great and delicious. Seems like since covid is been extra popular. A little bit of a longer wait but that means food fresher and hot. We love the chili and the apple pecan chicken salad. It's also worth buying the fundraiser free frosty key chain. They make great stocking stuffers.

Great service when I go get my grandchildren I always go to them. Everybody in that Wendys is great. They always serve you with a great attitude love it there.

Wow, this Wendy's is super modern and clean. I always ask for fresh cooked fries and nuggets. The staff were more than happy to make them. I did not feel like i was bothering them . They have a huge flat panel tv and fake fireplace. In all its a nice scene inside especially fpr a fast food restaurant.
