We brought our ambulance in to get keys made. It turned out to be a bit of a project, but Kyle and the Burdick’s team were able to quickly get it taken care of. Their services are very fairly priced and their customer service was exceptional!

I purchased a used car with only one key that is chipped. The dealership wanted over $300 for a spare key. I had purchased the keys on-line and brought to Burdick's Locksmith Services to cut and program. Only then did I find out that they also can order and sell the chipped keys. They were very professional and courteous. This model car needed to be at their location for them to program. They went out and programed the car in around 10 min. The price was good, but it made it even better when you get this level of customer service. I can’t speak towards the other locksmiths in town, but I will always use and recommend Burdick's.

I needed a gas cap opened. After calling I went over right away. I was helped immediately. New keys were made and I was on my way. When I got to the gas station I still couldn’t open it. We knew there was problems with the locking mechanism. I called and they tried to help over the phone and when that didn’t help we decided to get a new gas cap. I came back and they once again got the old gas cap off for me. They were there for me for the simplest thing but also so important! I’ll definitely come back and recommend them. I just bought a used car from a dealer (yikes). Burdicks saved me about $150 dollars for one key that would have cost me 2x as much .......... the dealer did not even have a remote and only had the valet key so after the sale they make me buy a remote from another dealer, in theory, but Burdicks saved me that misery. Moral of story: Dont trust used car dealers and get your remotes from Burdicks....... best regards

Nice guys, came and unlocked my vehicle, apologizing for being slow (but they weren't, I didn't even wait an hour) lol. Then they made me a lockout key for free. Really happy I called them, I'll definitely use them when the need arises in the future.

Absolutely fantastic customer service on the phone and in person. He even called to say he was running a few minutes late. I absolutely recommend this company; they are top of the top.

We had to call on July 4th, just as fireworks were starting, to get into my in laws’ car after they locked their key inside. Tiler showed up in less than ten minutes and had the door right open. Very quick, very professional, and I doubly appreciate him making it to us so quick on a holiday night. Will definitely be using their services again if we are ever in need of a locksmith.
