Little Flock Chapel

Me and my dog wereona road trip years ago and ran across this beautiful little church,I went in he stayed out,so peaceful and quaint,hope I make it back someday, he's gone now,but for some reason I think of this place and the good times we had together

Great place

I love this adorable chapel. I'm only giving it a less than perfect five star rating due to also being labeled as a rest area. Don't get me wrong, it's a great little spot to stretch your legs and let your dog sniff about. The chapel and grounds are well kept. Plus it has a covered picnic table and gazebo. The biggest negative are the restrooms. Which are two adjoining one person restrooms with lockable, sturdy doors. They're nicely covered and constructed and okay if you really, really, need it. I've been there on multiple occasions and I've learned to keep my dog far away from them. I believe some people are choosing to relieve themselves behind the restrooms rather than inside the restrooms. My other issue is that I don't believe there is a water fountain or a spigot to fill up your canteens or give your dog some much needed water if you're in the midst of a trip.
