Mr. Brian was polite and got to work as soon as he arrived. He explained that motor had died and would need replaced. He had to wait for the motor to get here but that too did not take too long. So I am very thankful for the work and Mr. Brian was kind to explain everything he did concisely and promptly. Will highly recommend you guys for friends who need work done.

Edwards was prompt and professional. I had the same issue a little under a year ago. At that time they replace all the exterior plumbing. So I was surprised the same issue occured this year. This year they sprayed foam sealer. This begs the question, "why was this not done last year?" I want to make clear Edwards is a class A organization!

I woke up to 52 degrees in my house with the outside temp of 22 degrees. My driveway had not been plowed yet from the recent 11 inches of snow, another snow storm on the way in a matter of hours, and Bryon still showed up within 2 hours of me calling to help. Exceptional service and all around nice guy. Our heat is back up and running. Highly recommend!

Nate and his team take pride in their work by going above and beyond to meet your needs, even when you don't exactly understand what it is that you need. They never try to oversell and they've even answered my helpless questions from time to time with no benefit of their own. They're a trusted resource and a welcomed guest in our home.

Issue started after hours and called Nate. He was able to guide Dave thru what needed done. He offered to be here, but gave good directions so problem was fixed. Then first thing this morning, Brian was here to make sure everything was ok. He tweaked what needed done and all is well. Very professional and knowledgeable and so very nice.
