I was pleased that the contractor took before pictures and showed me personally what will be done and why. Roofers even took pictures and showed me an awesome video before the solar panels will be put back on. Replaced my damaged roof, plenum, skylights in a day. Solar panel removal and replacement took two, replaced feet and lining. Thank you very much. House looks great especially with warranty. The roofing and solar panel crews were exeptionally polite and tidy as you csn be doing roof work. One more note, they even had time to pull a permit, which is great. Thanks again!
On top of this as of 4/13/2024 Allatate insurance would not help with the roof, so think about insurance companies. 50 year warranty.

We hired Everguard to replace our roof after visits from a number of other roofers. Everguard was the only roofing co who actually *quoted* the job (most just wanted my insurance info and to move on) and additionally, suggested upgrading ventilation.

The crew completed the job in a day, and cleaned up very well. We've been very happy with the work performed, and the upgraded ventilation has already been saving us money on cooling costs. Danny and Steve were awesome to work with.

The entire team at Everguard from the owners to the installers were very professional. The work was done to the upmost standards.I will recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality roof installed by a reputable company.

Everguard Roofing helped us replace the roof on our newly purchased house, and our experience was wonderful. Steve Chavez was in charge of the job and he was really great. He answered all our questions and even taught us a bit about what was going on. He let us choose shingle colors and even upgraded a portion of our roof to TPO (as the slant was less than the minimum required) at no extra charge! The experience was hassle-free and later we even found out that they had fixed the legs on our rusted swamp cooler! I definitely recommend Everguard and will be using them in the future!

I needed to get estimates for roof. I contacted four roofers in my area. Results: three said they would give an estimate after I told them how much the insurance would be paying me. Don Rush, from Everguard Roofing came, went over my roof, explained everything to me and left. A few days later I received an estimate by email, followed by hard copy. When the insurance adjuster came to look over my claim, Mr Rush was there accompanying him on the roof, then into my house where he helped me ask proper questions and helped me understand the answers. Being 70 years old, I appreciated the extra time and assistance Everguard Roofing gave me to make my decision. Follow up during and after installation was also stellar. I really appreciate the time and quality of their work.

I was in the process of selling a home and found out the roof was in need of replacement due to recent hail damage. I originally inquired with Everguard through their website and received a reply within a day. The original contact was out of town for a long weekend, but no problem, I received his OOO and decided to pick up the phone and call them to see if I could get the ball rolling sooner than later. I spoke with Don who told me he'd have Andy swing by the property and put a quote together the next day which was a Friday.

Spoke with Andy a couple of times on Friday and received the quote as promised. After answering a few questions I felt as comfortable as I was going to about moving forward and signed the contract early that next week. Due to a break/change in their schedule I was fortunate enough to have a new roof installed before the end of that following week.

I understand roofers in the area are busy right now and I had companies tell me it would be a minimum of a week and others were a month out before they could even come out to provide an estimate.

Since I am out of town, I had my realtor swing by to review the job to make sure the job was completed and would meet the buyers expectations and no loose ends, etc. The realtor was blown away by the job Everguard did. The roof looked great and no mess left behind.

Every interaction I had with Everguard was positive. Every individual I spoke with was great to work with. If I have other properties in the Albuquerque area that need a roof, I'd use Everguard. Heck, if I lived in the area I think I'd enjoy working for them. It wasn't just the interactions with me as a customer, but the interactions between the employees I had the opportunity to overhear and the fact that what one individual would say and how it would happen actually happened, we all know is a rare circumstance these days. Job well done Everguard Roofing and since Andy Vigil was the guy I talked to most, but also Katie, Jennifer, Don and Shawn who had his OOO on!

Over 32 plus years I have had a lot of work done on my house and this was by far the most professional. Starting with the estimate, Don came out took measurements and pictures, showed options as to materials and explained what was necessary to bring my rook up to code. When he returned with the formal estimate it was in a booklet showing the pictures with along with the costs. He took his time to explain everything. The workers were right on time, all the material delivery was well coordinated, and the roof, both pitched with a small flat area and the shed, was completed in a day and a half including clean up! The city inspector arrived right on time and I have a beautiful roof. There was still a clamp that was necessary, which I would not have even known about as I can't get up on the roof, and Don promptly came back and finished that. I was most impressed from beginning to end and highly recommend Everguard Roofing.

Just re-roofed our entire roof with Everguard Roofing and we're 100% satisfied with everything! Don R met with me and explained the entire process and gave us options on roofing material and colors.

The crew showed up before the sun was over the sandia's, they even helped me move my broken down truck out of the driveway then got to work. By 3:30 that afternoon they had begun the cleanup process, including dragging the magnet for the nails on the ground several times. I've hardly found any since then. The crew then helped me push the broken down truck back into the driveway after the project was completed.

Our new roof is beautiful! We've had rain and snow with no leaks or issues. I highly recommend Everguard Roofing.

My husband delt with Andy and the service was prompt, professional , and accurate. We are so pleased with the attention to detail and when we had questions Andy responded quickly and answered all our questions. The job was delayed due to weather and Andy knew the critical situation we had and scheduled a crew to ensure it was done on the date he originally committed, and it was done!( this usually doesn't happen) Roof looks great and was done very well. Andy Vigil is an extraordinary professional in his human relations as well as his knowledge in roofing! I had an original situation whereby someone in our home needed additional explanation and Andy took the time to explain everything in detail. He never rushed us in making our decision and he kindly answered all our questions in a simple manner so that everyone could understand. Each time I called him, he was cheerful and confident. This roofing company exhibits professionalism and supreme workmanship. Every part of my roof appears to have a finished quality and their cleanup was amazing. Excellent job removing multiple roofs and adding a new roof. They were fast, clean and also my lowest estimate. Some additional attic cleanup was required and they did a fabulous job on that too! Highly recommend Everguard!
