Always friendly cashiers. Bag type own stuff, but at least you don't have to scan it yourself. And unlike that other hardware store, they don't lie about having cashiers. Prices are good. The only issue is misleading advertising. Rebates are not discounts or sales. On the other hand, when you use the rebate check or is like cash... your purchase goes towards the full rebate, not minus the rebate you paid.

Excellent place, just as excellent as the one in Jamestown. Even though me and my mom did not buy anything, this is home to my favorite selection at any store. So we looked around for 2 yes 2 hours because there was so cool and intersting stuff.

Always polite and courteous. Gary in the paint section was great to work with.

I’m always able to find what I need at Menards… their customer service is outstanding.. their aisles are well stocked and easy to get around in..if you can’t find what your looking for-just ask and they’ll take you right where you needed to be…awesome cashiers and helpful staff that go above and beyond

They have everything I need for home, work shop, garage, yard, building, plus groceries. All the employees I was in contact with were very helpful. And 11% rebate on everything!

Well organized, wide clean aisles, personnel wrote up my order and I checked out without any problems. Entered yard, picked up product and left swiftly and easily. Excellent.

Very pleasant trip to menards. However, my only complaint is I would have purchased more of their sale items if it wasn't for the rebate rules. The rebate system takes so long. I'm still waiting on rebates from a year ago. I probably will never see them.

I love this store and would visit daily if I could! This store has everything you will need for home improvement and more. You could build an entire house with what they have just in store. The only issue is you may end up spending way too much time here because you could walk around for hours looking at everything that you now want to do to your home.

Huge home maintenance store like Home Depot. Covers everything from maintaining your home to building a new one. Carries food as well if you need to save a stop going to the grocery store a well.

Went in for fitting for pool and they didn’t have have exactly what I was looking for so I headed over to plumbing. Saw Moe and ask if he had a solution. Not only did he have an amazing solution but he helped with everything else we needed!!! Great customer service!!!!! Will definitely come back for his advice!!!!

Best place to get hardware if know what you need. Help can be a little skimpy, but I like it that way. I don't want to be bothered while I am creating. Go to Lowe's if you don't want to think and want someone to show you a solution. Better help there, but not always the most knowledgeable. Go to Ace if you want real customer service. Ace is the full service gas station experience in hardware.

They staff in building supplies helped figure out how much sheetrock I needed for a small job. The staff in the warehouse were ready to help if I needed it! Good job!

Super friendly staff and reasonable prices. This is definitely one of those stores that you hate as a kid but love as an adult as you start renovating various things. I would say that this is by far the best home improvement store in the Bismarck/Mandan area. I would definitely recommend checking here first for any of your home improvement adventures.

It's a man's best friend, I could wander around and check things out for hours! The help there is almost to helpful, or else I just look like I need it, always asking if you are finding everything alright. I'm just wandering around enjoying all the man stuff but I don't tell them that! Seriously though, it really doesn't matter what you are looking for they probably have it or can give you something better that you didn't know about. I would recommend and encourage anyone who has a project at home no matter the magnitude to go and see for yourself, it will make your life way simpler!

I have had nothing but good customer service at Menards for years now. We love their mail in rebate program and they almost always have what we need for our home repairs and improvement projects. We, my wife and I, love menards.

Written directions said receiving 0500-1800 paperwork and load said 0300. Contacted company I was pulling for told del between 0500-1800. Arrived at 1100 was told receiving was from 2200-0500 but they took me anyway. Very friendly staff and fast unload.

Needed charging cords for my Droid phone which are different size than iPhone version. Took the young man who helped me about 2 minutes to have me set up. Have never been more pleased with the service I got. You have that young man exactly where he belongs
