Starbucks

We don't stop in at Starbucks often because it can be a bit pricey. But once in awhile it's nice to have a treat and today it was well worth our time. We had the caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it was delicious.

These ladies are always hopping when I get there but they're efficient and fast!

I'll be honest, they definitely need to work on the friendliness portion. Not that they're rude per say, they just aren't very welcoming. They need to smile more.

I am traveling from out of state for my grandmothers funeral on Valentines day. When I entered this location, it was very clean and everybody greeted me with a smile. I ordered my usual drink and food (which were done perfectly), and picked it up, however I also received a little surprise by also getting a valentines day treat with a hand written note on it “You are making a difference in this world”. This really turned my day around, and for that I thank you. To the friendly baristas, and especially to the young lady in the all red outfit. You all are truly making a difference in this world, and and for that I thank you.

The staff is the friendliest! Whatever you're doing to promote excellent customer service, keep it up! It's super refreshing when great customer service rarely exists. Thanks for making it a great day! I would go out of my way to purchase from this coffee shop because of the staff!

Starbucks have consistent menus and quality and I would normally rate a 4. This one has exceptional people. We visit once a week on average and are a typical older couple. The staff always remember us and our most common order. The people working here deserve the 5 stars!

Great customer service! I accidentally ordered a tall(small size) instead of a venti. They replaced the small with the larger one i meant to order. They definetly did not need to go out of their way to make me a larger one, it was my fault.
Will definetly be coming back even more now, because of how well they treated us!

Yesterday i came here and had a nasty experience, i think the meean person was the manager. Regardless today i came back and the other two employees were very nice and took great care of me. I totally appreciate them. 01/02/2021 6:30pm

Stopped in Starbucks Mason City by the fair grounds to use a gift card I received. Normally I don't splurge but why not. I explained to the very professional young lady behind the counter what I would like. She had it down pat on how to have it made. One of the best coffee beverages I have ever had! Maybe I need to skip the cheap stuff at the convenience stores and treat myself once in a while.

Starbucks is a great place to get a cup of coffee and become human in the morning! I enjoy their blueberry muffins or a slice of lemon loaf to start my day off! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and fast service

Love this location. Employees are always very friendly and accommodating. Whether I’m the only one in the drive thru line or behind 6 cars, there is never a wait. Drink is always ready as soon as I pull up to the window.

This place is awesome! Great employees! They always have smiles on their face and are ready to serve you. The coffee is amazing! 10/10. It’s also the most authentic of the coffee shops

I'm a big fan of most of the fall/winter flavors SBUX makes available, but the Chestnut Praline is winning out during most of my visits. Great taste, hot or iced. And the Mason City staff are always extremely friendly.

Love being able to make appointment on line. Walked in door getting hair cut in less then 5 minutes. Love my new hair cute.

Tried the new cocoa cloud macchiato, perfectly made. Service was wonderful as always! Drive through is so convenient, I always go through when I am on that side of town.
