Dan introduced himself to us as we entered the showroom. He allowed us to take our time to roam around and then happily helped us once we did make our decision. The showroom is great. It’s staged ideally for you to make your decisions seamlessly with plenty of inventory to go through. We will definitely return.

My family and I had a great shopping experience. There was so much to choose from we almost couldn't decide what kind of sofa to get. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. And for the amazing customer service it was just A-1 couldn't have asked for better. Dan the store manager he was awesome he was the one to help us. He was very professional and Courteous. Once it came time for the purchase it was great he helped us out alot and he didn't stop until he got us the best deal he possibly could and was very informative about what was going on. So I wanted to say thank you to Dan and we will definitely be returning customers

Regina was right at the front door when we arrived, she introduced herself and immediately asked if we needed any assistance. Since we were there for something specific, she immediately started to show us what we were looking for. She had great suggestions, and was very attentive to what we were looking for and did not try to sell us something we did not want. I appreciate this and a sales person as I am a sales person myself. We And she was very good at answering everything. She worked out our delivery on our schedule, which is very unusual for deliveries and do a wonderful professional job. I would definitely refer Regina.

This store has the most knowledgeable and ready to help staff in town hands down. Dan was amazing at answering questions, and asking the right ones! I had a general idea of what I wanted but really didn’t know much about the new electrical reclining. But for the best price on decent furniture definitely give Ashley a look.

Dan at the Mason City store went above and beyond!! The entire staff is amazing! Dan helped us with getting the old furniture out, and was awesome in every way possible!! My husband and I have been wanting new furniture for our living room. We have purchased from Ashley before so decided to check them out. Chris P. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable start to finish. He was able to answer any questions we had and was very friendly. He was not pushy and allowed us to think on our purchase overnight after quoting a price for us after finding a set we liked. He made sure to get us a great deal and made us feel good about our purchase. Will definitely use Chris P with Ashley Furniture in the future and highly recommend!

Dan at the Mason City location helped with our purchase of furniture. In store we did not feel pressured from the sales staff to purchase anything and Dan helped us refine our search. We left that day with a few ideas in mind and called back a few days later. I spoken with Dan over the phone and ordered our selection. The process was seamless.

Dan Dohlman, the Store Manager, went above and beyond. The delivery guys couldn't get our mattress to fit where we wanted it. So we had them take it back. Dan and another guy came back another day and were able to make it fit. Not every Store Manager would do that. Thank you, Dan! Excellent customer service!
