Pizza Hut

Ordered online, Everything I received was good. Had to be credited for hot honey wings because they were not available at the time. I appreciated the call from one of the staff members to let me know what was going on. It was unfortunate that every time I order from a pizza place, my drink is forgotten. Everytime. But other than that, the food was satisfying.

Placed an ordered to be delivered to a place of business. When it was delivered, it was delivered by Door Dash. I've never ordered from Door Dash before, so I was confused. First Door Dash tried to give me the wrong order. Then he brought in the pizza. I only had $40 cash for an order totaling $28.00. Didn't know that Door Dash didn't give change. Wasn't going to give an almost $12 tip. Was trying to figure out what to do about it since I had never dealt with Door Dash before. Then found out he had left. I called Pizza Hut and ended up speaking to the Manager. She explained the new policy about Door Dash when they don't have staff to deliver. She wanted to make it right, so she offered to make our order again and have one her staff deliver at no charge. She was very nice and I thought her off was beyond making things right. Thanks for being so nice, explaining a new policy and making things right. The true meaning and spirit of Christmas is alive and well in Mason City!

A classic dine in Pizza Hut? YES PLEASE! Very nostalgic since the dine in is a rarity these days. Restaurant was super busy, staff were kind and patient - food was delicious. Wait time for food was reasonable. Thank you for taking us back down memory lane.

The food was great as always, you know what to expect when going to pizza hut and they never miss for us!

Haven't been to pizza hut in years but now ill be going more. Pizza and cinnamon sticks were tasty and the guy behind the counter greeted me right away and gave me my order quickly even with it seeming busy. I recommend highly!

This is a great Pizza Hut. It reminds me of being a teenager again. The pan pizza was excellent as always and the service was great.

Happened to swing by on our way home from a wedding. Brought us back to when we were kids coming to eat in at Pizza Hut. The nostalgia is high as we sit eating yummy original crust pizza.
Service was great, and the food came out really quickly. Great job!

It has always been my favorite pizza!! The dinner box pizza is almost like little Caesars deep dish with the crunchy square shape. Any time I decide to go in to eat or order to go, the customer service has been great!

It's been a long time since I've had Pizza Hut pizza, but my son made me a convert again when he ordered the supreme on thin crust. REAL mushrooms, and lot of them. The sauce was great, was was the crust. Loved this pizza!

If you like nostalgia or just pizza in general, this is the place for you. They staff was awesome, the food was top notch, the place is like my childhood, we got a medium supreme pizza...it was so good we're getting a large next...will be back for sure

Stopped by while incthe vicinity and had a great experience. Great customer service for 1 server! Every table was attended promptly. Fod was great!
It was busy from the moment we walked in... that said, the 1 and only waiter was very attentive to us and acknowledged us as well as all his customers who followed in quickly and shortly after we arrived. Our meal was cooked to perfection and hot when served, we never lacked beverages. I definitely will return to this location!

Love to find an eat-in Pizza Hut. Service/food great. Come enjoy

We had the BEST pizza and breadsticks out of any other Pizza Hut we’ve ever gone to!! Loved the vibe of the dine in area and the employees were extremely nice and attentive. Thank you!

So nice and extremely accommodating with giving me food without dairy! Tasted great and I appreciated the extra work the staff put in.

Our waitress was very good. Very friendly. she heard me having a discussion with my 3 young granddaughters and made a special personal pan pizza. very gracious. could not have asked for better service. food came quick. I would definitely recommend Mason city pizza hut to many

I loved every second I was there. The waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. Being there makes me yearn for a time i wasn't even alive for. Will definitely be going back.

I found the staff to be delightful and helpful! I asked for some cups for the 2 liter that came with my meal deal and the man kindly packed up cups, straws, plates and napkins and that was really helpful! Additionally, the pizza was particularly delicious!

I've had a lot of pies in different places, and this spot has never disappointed me.
