Great food, ordered to go, was ready very fast. Lots of options on the menu with specials every day. Cheesecake was great.. order the cheesecake if you’re on the fence about it!

Amazing sandwiches and desserts! Love the French dip sandwich and panini’s! My son had a burger and said it was delicious. They make their own pies and cheesecake, and they try to use biodegradable plates and straws!
The breakfast menu is great also the French toast with bananas and Nutella, and omelets really hit the spot! Try Ski’s out you will not regret it!!!

The Chicken BLT panini was amazing and the fries had a yummy seasoning on them which I loved!

They have an extensive menu to please all. Very friendly and aim to satisfy. I had a hard time choosing. Well made food, quick. Cheesecake is worth it!

Fantastic family run restaurant. Wrap and cheesecake were amazing! Stoped during RAGBRAI and they were all working hard to get the orders out. It was well worth the wait. Can't recommend enough!

One of my favorite places to eat! So many options and they are all good. I especially love the paninis. The home made chips are my favorite side. The cheesecake is delicious. They post daily flavors of cheesecake which I like that they switch it up. I only wish they still delivered!

Awesome friendly staff. It's a great place to eat. More than enough to fill me up. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Go here instead of Culver's or anywhere else. Support a great family owned small business. The restaurant business is very tough, so give them all the business you can Come during off peak hours for blazing service.

I find myself in Carrol every month or so and simply can’t be here without going to Ski’s. The food is great, the prices are unbeatable. But mostly it’s the family atmosphere, everyone works hard and does it with a smile on their face. Just wish I had a Skis where I live!!!

We stopped for a quick bite on our way home and were pleasantly surprised. The food came quickly, was very reasonably priced and tasted great! My husband got the pizza burger, I got a cranberry chicken salad and our daughter got the Chicken Caesar wrap.

Family owned and operated restaurant with so many amazing choices and always evolving menu items to best serve their customers. Also it’s hard to beat homemade cheesecake whether it’s just a slice to go or a whole one for birthdays or special occasions. By far one of the top places to eat in Carroll, hands down.

The food is simply delicious; I love the paninis, have a great size and taste. Plus that, they are always kind and the kids in charge the tables are adorable.

Excellent food for a good price. Friendly staff and good variety of choices. The truffle oil fries and the chips they make in house are the best sides. Good for also ordering a breakfast sandwich or wrap, picking up, and then heading out if on a long drive in the morning.

This place is amazing! I have tried a different item each time and I am constantly impressed with the flavor combinations put into each menu item. And I do recommend their house chips over the fries as they are very good.

Nice little Family run corner diner. Hot Bacon Burger was excellent, recommend the house chips. Friend has the Pizza Burger, said the best she ever had.

Very good food! I had the Turkey, Bacon Panini. My husband had a Bacon Jam Cheeseburger. Both very good. Amazing cheesecake too! Service was perfect!

I travel for work and eat at many restaurants. Skies is by far the best food, service and atmosphere I have been to in decades. Great family environment and hard workers :-). I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. Thank you!
