Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I can easily find what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and employees are always friendly

Everything was clean. Set up was appealing to the eye making all the food good. Made me want to buy to try it.

This HyVee was in Iowa some of the employees didn't know where things were I ended up searching but as far as the store that was very nice store and I wish we had one of these where I live in Webb City Missouri that would give Walmart a run for their money!!!

I love that they have 1919 brand rootbeer. In my opinion it is one of the top rated rootbeers out there and is worth the money. Thanks HyVee.

They were right there to help me check out of do it yourself. I've done it B4 at other places, but there all different. She was very friendly and always telling me it was alright, not a problem. I love that in a cashier! Friendly and always tell me it ok, we'll get it!! To many of kids cashiering. Need to at least say hi and engaged in your customers. Even when they make u angry, let it go. Try n keep up the friendliness

We called after having gotten home and realized that some of the meat we bought was not so fresh, they offered to deliver new meat to us with no cost even though we live 30 miles away. They delivered within 2 hours. Amazing customer service! Will be giving ALL my grocery business to them now.

I work at hy-vee, so it makes sense that I'd be on a streak!

The restaurant food inside Hy-Vee is way better than I thought it would be, especially the specialty hamburgers.

Great selection in all departments...Even had the Redbreast Irish Whiskey i wanted...In store made brats are excellent and nice fresh produce...Good choice for food and bev shopping...And the cafe in the vegetable section serves a very good breakfast...

Very friendly workers the older gentleman that works in wine and spirits is amazing he's beyond friendly. I have only had one bad experience here where a cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes at me which I called and made a complaint after I cal.ed down from wanting to reach across the register to punch her in the face for the rude comments and eye rolling I had 2 six packs bottles in my cart I placed one on the conveyer and politely told her ma'am I have a second one in the cart and she got rude and says yea sure you do got huffy and rolled her eyes yes it set me off I was very angry that an employee would act that way toward a customer when I was not bei g rude by any means other than that time I've always had a great experience shopping here

I think I'm going to move here. I love this little town and this Hy-Vee is super clean and quiet.

Hy-Vee in Carroll Iowa is well-lit and clean the employees are encouraged to use accepted customer service practices. Like please thank you how can I help you did you find everything you needed Etc. The produce is exceptionally fresh. However when they make packages of fruits that are prepared for use. The prices they charge for the pre-prepared foods seems excessively High. Although most other prices seem reasonable and comparable to the other stores in our area. I'd like the hours that the store is open. I use the motorized shopping carts they provide 4 handicapped people. I expect to be using this store for the foreseeable future.

I ate lunch here often when I lived in town. Food was always good and the people working there were probably some of the nicest people I ever met. Anytime I'm back in town I stop by just to interact with the staff because they're so delightful.

The people working there are great, and are more than willing to help you out. There is a huge selection of everything you need. Having a pharmacy, to offering catering, you can't go wrong.

Friendly customer service and good deals make Hy-Vee worth the trip. They can also shop for you and deliver groceries. These services are available on the Hy-Vee app as well as online.

They have Everything (including a full alligator in the seafood section). Staff is very helpful. I especially like the fruit selection.
