WCI Basement Repair

This company was very professional and helpful from the very beginning. They took the time to explain options, their recommendations, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They stated the job would take 4 days and it did, even though I added on extra tasks. They cleaned up after themselves and left my yard looking the same prior to their arrival. I just couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend this company to everyone.

This was such a simple, straightforward and affordable process. The team was responsive and explained the process, which was much more reassuring than the experience I had from WCI's competitor who implied there were many more problems and exhaustive repair than necessary. Additionally, they were able to fit me into a hole in their schedule and completed the repairs very quickly. The basement was left clean, and all the exterior work was left exactly as it was found. Highly recommend!!

Everyone we dealt with at WCI was excellent! We had, what I thought, a big job; but they took the time to explain the job thoroughly and went above my expectations as to how it would be completed. They showed up when they said they would & got the job done!! And after they completed the job, everything was cleaned up!

We used WCI to brace our basement walls. We did quote from another Central Iowa company, that we used in the past for work, and found that WCI pricing was extremely competitive. They also helped resolve an issue with our outside driveway cement that was contributing to the deterioration of the block. The owner and workers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and patiently answered questions we had. They were responsive and timely as well. Highly recommend this company!

My front porch had sunk considerably over the years. WCI put piers down and lifted it so that it was level again. I couldn't be more pleased with the workers, the workmanship and the way they took care of the repair.

I have used WCI personally on my own home and recommended them professionally on client's properties. I am a real estate broker. WCI always comes through, they did what they said they were going to do, they come up with alternatives and staged plans. I would not work with or recommend any other company for basement and foundation work. Now to get them to add another service, and do Radon mitigation!

The guys came to fix my porch foundation which had cracked and settled. They came up with a plan to fix it and got right to work. They were very careful digging around my water line and didn't make any more of a mess than was necessary. They were able to jack up the foundation and get it back to where it was supposed to be. When they were all done they cleaned up the mess and I could barely notice they were there. All 3 of the guys were willing to answer any questions I had and didn't mind me hanging out and watching them work. It was pretty impressive. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

I've had WCI perform several jobs for me over the years. They are a very professional group of people who always performed the work at or under the cost quoted. The work itself was top-notch and solved whatever water issues we were experiencing.

WCI repaired our severely damaged concrete lake front sea wall. Jose and Jeff did an excellent job removing the old concrete during some warm winter days that allowed them to access the site via the last few safe days on the lake ice. The installation of new concrete with the help of concrete pump service from Algona area went equally well. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result. Scott was a pleasure to work with from estimate to final days of the project follow up.

WCI of Carroll worked on the foundation on the side of my house. Scott came out and appraised the foundation, and gave me a written bid. He explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done quite well:) I am very pleased and recommend them without hesitation:)
