Great place to rent from! Have rented from them for 5 years now and have not had a problem with them. They keep things working. If something breaks they have maintenance that is willing to fix it and it's not a week or two later, it's right away. I purchased a garage door opener and they installed it without extra charges. I would give the thumbs up for anyone looking to rent from them.

Would give 0 if possible, they harassed us about anything they can at this point, and just today they have tried to tell my household when we have to do chores, won't work with us even if we're just one payment behind, my household is struggling just to make them happy and its getting old, not going through them when I move and I suggest anyone do the same
