Harbor Freight Tools

Have not been to HF for a few years. Ever since they stopped ✋ giving small free items away. Was surprised to see the cleanness of the store and the amount of goods 👍 . I will start going there more often. Nice job and I did get a 5gal bucket for free.

Always friendly and can't hardly beat the prices. Just got a set of impact 12 point deep wells for 25 bucks.

Very nice had a very nice woman sales clerk help me believe it or not I had seen a video on YouTube about items you could use for quilting
I found them will work great and the price was great compared to a quilt shop the items I bought will can be used very happy

Great store with great staff. Found exactly what I needed. Hubby sent me pictures and I ran in... its hazardous to my back account if he shops alone! He would buy the whole store if I let him. They also have a great return policy, I have never had an issue returning to replacing broken tools.

They have everything I need cheap.

Great franchise and this one is ran well. Just gotta go into it knowing that their tools are cheap for a reason. Quality and reliability sometimes are luck of the draw or not there at all. That should be a given. Just like dolartree stuff isn't always going to be quality but for many things it gets the job done for way less.

While Harbor Freight does not have the typical brand names, I have always found them adequate for my purposes. The store staff are helpful and knowledgeable.With there recent sale, I was able to get $ 450 worth of tools for $185. Everything works well. When I have problems, they exchange without hassle. For the amateur, the inventory of HF is perfect.

Made a short list of things and coupon items I wanted to pickup from our local Harbor Freight. Stopped in today during a slower time. I had 3 different staff members offer to help or answer questions. With there help I got everything I came in for plus more. Great experience.

Fun store for men that need tools

One of the stores ever . Awesome prices easy to find what you need or want. Always running amazing sales and if you join the club there's always awesome coupons to go with the already low prices and they honor there for life replacement warranty

Very helpful with finding items I needed. I find walking into Harbor Freight is fraught with danger. I find many items I didn't know I needed before walking in. The good news is the prices are so reasonable I can go ahead and purchase at least a few of the items on an impulse without feeling bad about it.

If you need a particular tool, and you need it quickly and cheaply, grab it here. If you’re going to use it all day every day, get it elsewhere. Nothing here is super high quality, but it’s quick and cheap. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well organized. There’s usually some kind of deal going on, so keep an eye on that.

This place is like a candy store for the Tim Allen type guy. The tools are not expected to be on a par with professional grade tools like Rigid or Snap-On, but they are affordable and a good value. For most people, they are more than adequate. They have tools and "boy toys" that i can't find anywhere else. I could spend a whole afternoon here while the wife is shopping somewhere else.

Looking for new air compressor pump and Todd was very helpful in helping me. They even put on 2 wheel cart to take out too pickup.

Harbor Freight is building brand reputation with professional grade tools at an affordable price and providing outstanding customer support. Warranty plans have never been more valuable. This outlet in Mason City is new but the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful if they're not sure. Better to say, "let's figure it out" than, "no."

Can't beat the prices, and I've had no issues with the quality of anything I buy from there, and if I ever need to return anything it's been met with no hassle

Good first visit here, clean store and good prices. Will come back here again.
