Ive purchased 2 mopeds and 3 motorcycles from this dealer and they've always treated me good. Priced right with excellent service after the sale. Ive tried to give other motorcycle dealers in the area business but they dont treat me as well as SLH. The employees are top notch and knowledgeable about what they sell. Took my Suzuki down here from Storm Lake. Well worth the hour drive to get it serviced here. Their service is excellent they took care of my bike better than any other shop I have ever been to.

My bike motor destroyed itself on the way to Sturgis 75th. I couldn't find anyone who could look at it right away untill I called Carroll Cycle Center. They tore the motor down, ordered parts and had me back on the road in a day and a half. More importantly they made me feel like family while a waited. Everyone from the shop, to the store, to the owner and his wife made sure I was comfortable and ok. Terry and Zoe Ruchti are amazing people and there dealership is top notch.
