I’ve had this company install a new breaker box when I owned a trailer. They’ve installed an outlet for my stove when I bought my house! Once again they’ve come by to reattached some electrical a storm blew loose. They always have, and always will do an amazing job! Super nice staff also, you’ll never go wrong. I highly recommend!!!!

The two electricians that came to helpme fixed my 220 plug in for my dryer also tried to figure out what was wrong with the dryer. They didn't have to do that. Plus I live in mobile home. Noone else would work on my trailer. Thank you so much for helping a single gal out. They went above and beyond I plan to use them to switch from gas stove to electric stove soon too. . This company gets five stars with me.

Scott was professional, fast, friendly and efficient. He disposed of the old ceiling fan for us, too. We were 100 percent satisfied!

1. Human being answers the phone. I didn't have to leave my number and than wait for return call.
2. Next day service.
3. Service tech on time.
4. Service tech quite pleasant and well-prepared.
5. Job done and done well.

They came out to fix a problem with the electric panel the day after Xmas the only company that would respond my mother is on oxygen and the power was off no heat or power and biechler came out with then 20 min and the price was reasonable thank you biechler you are amazing and great marcus Gordon

The technician was pretty nice but I had 2 issues. 1 issue was that my daughter’s outlet had started melting so he replaced that. The other was that the entire right half of my kitchen won’t work. I have my fridge plugged into an appliance cord running to the living room. He did something to that and then after he left, it didn’t work again.

They once did a fine job when the insurance company needed them to change a fuse box to a breaker box. Although I just recently called to set up an appointment at our new residence. The very nice lady took my name and information but that was the last I heard from anyone. Contractors, some, in this area feel they can't be bothered and to their loss it would have been a $15k job. Maybe next time they should call back even when the last name is a spanish one because we have money too.

I called for someone to come at my house at a specific time today. It came past that time where no one was here. So then, I call naturally to make sure everything was ok. NO ONE WAS EVER ON THE WAY. They told me that they couldn’t come out because of the bad storm that happened the previous day. Which, I understand that the storm was bad, but if you are not able to call back and say we aren’t able to come out, and then give me a quote on something you haven’t seen?? This was my first time contacting this company, and quite honestly, probably my last time. If you can’t make it out somewhere, then tell the customer; instead of them wondering where you are.

No one showed up after I was given a time. No one bothered to call and let me know they were not coming. I called them and they said someone would call the next morning and still never heard back. Don't waste your time.
