I called in need of my brrast pump, but was unable to get to the store. Ray went above and beyond. He made sure I had the pump before I left for home, so I could feed my newborn. Thank you for the awesome service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have lymphedema and used both the adjoining Mercy -Chelsea Creek and the medicine shop for supplies and treatment. I had a great experience with both the Medicine Shop and Mercy medical center as well as the home care that I required for a month. The personnel was friendly and professional and I was able to cover all my specialized needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Went in to have my CPAP machine checked over and was helped by Emily, at the Chelsea Creek location. She provided excellent assistance and information. Great job, Emily!

No one listens. They say they care, they push their own agenda. Not giving you what you need but to tap a little extra from insurance. Don't return calls. Treat you like dirt at this shop. This goes up the chain of command . Fighting with for over 2 years. Need to clean house.

The lady that helped me was extremely short. Practically called me a liar on what i received and what was backordered. She rally didnt care about my needs
