I spoke with Zach at Engraved Gift Collection and asked if I could add my wedding date instead of middle name, and he was able to accommodate that for me. They provided prompt and great Customer Service, as well as, fast shipping.

I have ordered through engraved gift collection 3 times now. All times we had great customer service and it has always been very fast service. They engraved knives for my husbands groomsman, a cup for a friend, and a koozie for fathers day. Each time I received my product within a few days and the quality has been amazing! I will continue to recommend them and going to them for our unique gift needs!

Upon looking for a place that did customized items with no minimum order, I came upon Engraved Gift Collection. There were plenty of different options at several different price points, which was nice. I ordered several different pieces to commemorate various employee milestone anniversaries. The first order I had took a few days, but one item was on back-order. Since I had placed my order with plenty of lead time, this wasn't a problem. The second order was placed on Friday around noon and received the following Monday morning. Amazon doesn't even get me items that quickly.
Can't recommend this place enough for customized gifts. The items seem like they are quality, and the engraving looks great too.

This is a GREAT company to use for any of your engraving needs! Prompt customer service, easy ordering, quality products. When one of the products I ordered came with a mistake (for the first time ever out of the many times I have ordered with this company), Engraved Gift Collection responded to my request to have it re-printed immediately and they had the new product ready the same day, no hassle or charges at all. I have all my engraving done at Engraved Gift Collection. We own a building and we rent out office space. When a renter changes, we update the signage. The staff at Engraved Gift Collection helped me pick the right colors for the background and engraving colors and when I need to replace signage, they are always quick, friendly and reliable. They also have a variety of other business items like pens, folders, etc. I like to shop there for personalized gifts for special occasions.
