Horrible Place. If lose loved one Expect that they need paperwork 10 bus.days to process , then luckly IF reviewed . Then need more Another 10 bus. Days, No supervisor calls back. Then will tell you Examiner's will call back Nope. Local Insurance claim they cannot even speak with Anyone . Took 10 years , yes Years after Father passed to get out of his name, my mom ended up in nursing home before ever did, then they only did 1 policy. Never sent out any statements for other policy . Find out when I call there, so I could never pay on it. So it ended up Only being worth $8. Mother had stroke was not organized, only knew of, and paid on 1 policy
