Never once was he judgmental towards our family even at times of complete struggle. As a landlord overall he has been on top of his game. Anytime we ever needed things repaired he was here in a very timely manner. He's educated my son and daughter on how to repair some items and how to do them safely. We had a handheld push mower and he brought us a gas powered mower so it would make it easier on our family.
