I've been in multiple hospitals for extended stays u of I Rochester etc and the best experience I've had was at Mercy One especially in 4 West The nursing staff is fabulous. Amazing people

People at Mercy One were very polite. Dr Henrichs was so amazing especially after seeing many doctors he knew rite away wat the diagnosis was neuromas nerve in foot sent me to have physical Therpy but im not feeling positive yes I know I'm trying to be patient while the pain continues as normal I trust Dr Henrichs n I believe hel conqueror my pain for good!

I was waiting on my ride felling blue. Then I noticed a mom and a dad with a little girl that was crying her eyes out. The volunteer person asked the mom can I give her a gift. They turned around to get the gift and the little girl cried even more. She thought she had to go see the doctor again. The volunteer handed her a snoopy dog stuffed toy and comforted the girl. Everything else I experienced was fantastic

Doctor Becca is absolutely amazing, patient and kind yet thorough with information.
She's one of a kind. Love seeing her.

I'm hopeful that this surgical procedure will allow me to live at maximum capacity....nothing beats a failure but a try!!!!! (Kellism)

You ALL were just North of my EXPECTATIONS.....

Stop by to visit a friend. Nursing staff was fantastic. The building and interior stuff was amazing nice and new our friend who was there said they were comfortable and getting all the help they need. A little more on the expensive side gets the job done.

Just had a hip replaced. My nurses were Robert Johnson and Mike England. They and of their colleagues took great care of me, we’re kind, knowledgeable and very funny! The helped make what I feared was going to be a tedious, annoying and painful two days into an experience that was as pleasant as possible!

I can't say enough about the Procedure Recovery Unit and the Cardiac Cath Lab. This team is amazing. From start to finish my every need was met. I was made to feel very comfortable and knew that they were looking out for my very best. I have been waiting for about two years to figure out my breathing problems so that we could get to the bottom of it - now we know - now the right treatment can begin. I would recommend this team with all my heart!

I worked closely with staff in the Mercy ER for over three years as a low level functionary. I saw professionalism every day, compassion and courtesy for every patient without fail, from doctors, nurses, technicians, registration staff and everyone else. All patient's were treated equally with the best possible methods; no resources available were spared. To me MercyOne M. City is a Sacred Place.

First experience with an epidural injection was as pleasant as getting a needled jammed into your spine can be. Surgery tomorrow and I feel totally okay about it.

I was brought here by helicopter with a vertebrae fracture, and the staff here was absolutely fantastic!! They were very professional and helped keep me calm in a very serious situation!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs medical attention ever 💕💕

Really like the after hours hot line nurses. They are very thorough & comforting with questions with our baby. Wonderful service that is offered by the hospital

Had blood work done and this nurse by the name of Danelle did my test in the administration lab and she was so kind and nice too me

Wonderful emergency room staff and procedures. I have never been to an ER that only took two hours total - and he got 24 stitches.

The people at Mercy Medical Center put the "care" into healthcare. I was treated with the highest professional care along with a respectful caring manner. Thank you, one and all.
