My family and I are so very appreciative of Billy Thomas and his staff. During the worst time in our lives, they were all so kind, caring, and accommodating. They helped us make the difficult decisions and gently guided us through this very difficult time. My husband's service was beautiful thanks to the Thomas Funeral Home staff, and we are forever grateful to them.

Thomas Funeral Home did a wonderful job helping us plan our loved one's funeral. Every one was so kind during this sad time and even after the funeral was over. Billie did a great job making everything happen that we requested in spite of how busy they were. We would highly recommend them.

Billy and his staff are so accommodating and helpful. Our family has had to travel to Centerville twice in the last 8 months and Billy has helped us with all the arrangements. The personal touch he gave us was amazing. Everything went smooth and the services were beautiful. We can't thank him enough for helping us through the difficult times.

These guys are all so amazing and understanding. I felt their compassion, I wasn't just another payday. Billy and Sofia continued to reach out to me (months later even) checking on me, offering resources for grief counseling. That in my book is above and beyond.

My mother died on January 13, 2021. My stepfather died on January 19, 2021. Billy and his staff were very helpful and good to work with. It was hard for us to plan two funerals so close together. We felt so blessed to have them. Due to COVID 19 not everyone was able to attend. However they were able to attend via Facebook. What a blessing for our out of state relatives. I could not have asked for anything more. My husband was treated with the greatest respect, looked so good, and the help they extended to our family during our grieving was was so kind. They had been extremely busy but still had time to treat us as if we were a top priority.

This place is cold hearted. If you pay the bill for their services you should get notified when remains are returned and I wasn't. I will go elsewhere for any other services of this nature.

My mother passed away April 17th.
I wish I could say my family had an easy transition w this experience. My father was met with intention only, money being priority. I understand you have a business to run, however what your staff is suppose to be trained in was lacking to say the least. My mother's body was 5 days old by the time we found out, by the time you were contacted, you said you would not touch the body, which had become a public health issue at this point, without payment, and in full. The only person that is a decent and good human being who gives your business any respect, or clout is Jessy. She was an angel and a blessing for my father, and my family. This experience has made my 36 yr old self realize I need to plan immediately, and for all my kin. The loss of my mother made worse by the handling of her last day without consideration of her family, my family. Your greed and bed side manner should not be in this line of business.
