Lush Cosmetics District at Green Valley

I have come to love this store as much as my daughter....... I visit my daughter every winter, and am about to head back to the frozen tundra when I noticed these products and asked the girls.
Your girls have always been so very helpful everytime I've come into your store! And I'm very excited to discover that you have a store in Appleton now that I have found a product that will help( I used these miracle products this morning!!!! So excited!!!! They work!!!!!!) But I will be stopping by and restocking at your store before flying home next week just to say good bye!! Your staff is so friendly!!

I've been a casual customer of Lush for years, but I've never fully integrated their products into my routine until now - thanks to Sam!

I have sensitive skin and allergies, so I tend to err on the side of caution - I don't usually try new products because I don't want to waste time.

I had the absolute best experience in-store with Sam. She spent soooo much time getting to know my skin's needs. We tested many products together, and it honestly felt like I was at the spa. She went above and beyond to make my experience special, and I found some incredible products that I will be extremely loyal to.

The staff here are WONDERFUL. All the gals working Saturday helped me find amazing products and made the kids’ experience here unforgettable. You’ve made this place so special for us. Products I am now obsessed with: revive hair cream, rehab shampoo, veganese conditioner, good karma and sleepy products, charity pot lotion coins at the register. The kid and adult bath bombs and bubble bars are great fun and have intense color! This was very cool and moisturized the skin. THANK YOU GIRLS!

All three employee working on 9/12 were so helpful and very knowledgeable. All three were able to speak to new product, engaged with not just me but every customer that walked in the door. They also were able to balance their tasks and went out of their way to give me some samples to try out. As a District manager this is exactly what I would love to see when someone walked into any of my stores. I highly recommend this location

I tried to find your henderson location on Yelp to write a review, but I couldn't find it! I came in Sept. 9th right before closing, and every single person working that night was so lovely! I was there with my daughter and mother, and we stayed a little after closing because we didn't realize what time it was. Even then, every employee was so patient and helpful. They even did a bath demo for my toddler. I feel so bad that I couldn't remember the girls' names who were working last night (especially the employee who did a bubble bar demo for my daughter), but honestly, they were all wonderful. I have had only great experiences at this location.

LUSH is were I hope to go when I die... This place smells so good, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are willing to demo any product .... I wish the prices were a bit smaller but it hasn't stopped me yet!

Lush has hands-down the BEST customer service ever! The staff are easy-going and are wonderful to talk to. They know exactly what to recommend you if you are looking for something specific, and are willing to give you product demos before you buy. Their products are lovely, I enjoy how the products expire, because you know they aren't loaded with preservatives. Their products smell amazing and are super cute-shaped, as well as environmentally friendly. 10/10!!

I love Lush and during Halloween and Christmas are the times I stock up. I have recently made two orders for pick up and each time all of the sales associates have been so kind and wonderful, always having everything ready to go! My most recent purchase there was a mix up with one of the products and when we called to talk about getting it fixed the lovely associates there already had the correct item set to the side waiting for us! They were so kind and Amanda even made sure to write a kind note. The people that work at the Green Valley location are amazing and so kind! This will be my Lush store no matter what part of Vegas I'm in, thank you for making a great experience!!!

i went to lush at the district and purchased a spray and perfume that my friend wore but when i got it home it didn’t mix with my body when i went back Sophia helped me she was amazing she showed me pansy and vanilla perfume which was perfect for me i love them and have gotten so many compliments, also they took the exchange for me so wonderfully nice. amazing customer service. Thanks again sophia I will be back again to see you!!!!!

Today I visited Lush for the first time based on the recommendation of a coworker. OMG my experience was amazing. My husband and I were met with a warm greeting from Samantha (Henderson location) she was nothing shy of knowledgeable and professional. She made some great recommendations. I shared that this was our first visit to Lush and she went above and beyond by answering our questions and making recommendations. Thank you so much Samantha!! My husband and I will definitely return.

This was my first time going to a Lush - and I shouldn't be surprised it was amazing. The people are kind, and everything smells so good .. highly recommend!

Wow..I LOVE LUSH SO MUCH!!! The vibe as you walk in is so relaxing. I wish they'd build a location at galleria mall to have a location closer to me. Literally everyone at this location are sweethearts. Their workers were making genuine conversation with me and helping me. I really appreciate that because I miss genuine human interaction. So...thank y'all so much for being friendly and welcoming LUSH <3!!! I loved their strawberry soap jelly they let me sample. SMELLED SO GOOD. EVERYTHING SMELLS SO GOOD 😭. Not only did I treat myself with the jelly, but I was also inspired to treat myself with a clay face mask. 1000% recommend <3.

Always friendly and informative. Fantastic products that are much more effective at keeping my body, face, and hair hygienic. On top of that I can't find a more rights activist & environmentally aware company. I have a huge respect for this company.

I absolutely love coming into the Green Valley location, with the exception of the traffic. It's located near the very tight and busy 215 and Green Valley ramps. Try to give yourself an extra 20 minutes just in case it takes extra time to navigate through so many cars.

LUSH has wonderful bath, body and beauty products. No harsh additives. Love their Christmas scent, Snow Fairy. ❄

This Lush store is superb. The friendly, engaging staff truly want to assist you in finding your next favorite product. Tia and I think her name was Sam, we’re excellent in helping me find some lemony products for my fiancée. I’ll certainly be back.

This was a really nice location. I decided to go in and grab an item. The young woman was very nice and very helpful. I would go back to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that LUSH had a store located in the District in Henderson! I had a wonderful time with the associate Stephanie who greeted me at the door and explained their new Covid procedure of washing your hands before touching any of the items in the store. She pointed out where everything was located after asking if there was anything I was particularly interested in. She was very helpful. The store is nice.

LUSH. Like the name says..... It is.. went to inaugural farmers market at the district. A few weeks ago...Some of the lush girls walked around the market and gave out complimentary seaweed mask. I tried it. Liked it. I am a customer now. Now I am glowing. Got that vibrance. Get in there.

Real girlfriends will tell you to shop at LUSH. A friend told me about this place and I decided to stop in. Omggg! Joseline and Amanda are so amazing. It’s like the BFF’s you always wanted. Joseline knows every product and she super helpful. Seriously, it was a pleasure to shop here after such a trying year. I was sold on the vine before the product. I finally used the French kiss bubble bath. Amazing for your skin. Be careful not to make a mess though. I really hope to purchase some items for my organization.
